Here, Cannes begins with the harbor. Fishing boats return in the early morning, cafés open along the streets leading to the Croisette, and the Palais des Festivals sets the rhythm of the city just a few steps away.

On Rue Félix Faure, facing the port and only 50 meters from the Palais, this apartment offers one of the most central positions in Cannes.

Inside, high ceilings and generous openings fill the space with natural light. The living room opens onto a balcony with views over the harbor, creating a pleasant spot to enjoy the Riviera atmosphere.

The open kitchen connects naturally with the living space and is fully equipped for comfortable stays.

Two bedrooms each feature a king-size bed, dressing area and desk, while two bathrooms with showers provide additional comfort and privacy.

Air conditioning is installed in every room, ensuring a pleasant interior climate throughout the year.

The apartment is located on the second floor of a recently renovated building. While the elevator is not yet operational, no construction work will take place during reservations.

From here, Cannes unfolds effortlessly: the Palais des Festivals is two minutes away on foot, the beaches just a short stroll further, and restaurants and shops surround the neighborhood.

At UPSTAYS, we believe in a balance between freedom and respect for the apartment, for the teams who prepare it, and for the neighborhood that surrounds it.

Check-in is autonomous via key box. The key boxes are located at strategic points in Cannes (not necessarily at the apartment address). We select the most convenient solution for you. Access instructions and key box details are sent the day before arrival in the early evening.

Alternative check-in options (early arrival, airport transfer, in-person welcome) are available upon request and subject to availability, with additional fees.

Check-out time is 11:00am. We kindly ask you to be ready to leave on time to allow our cleaning team to prepare the apartment under a strict schedule. In case of late departure without prior agreement, a fee starting from €45 may be charged depending on the delay.

If you wish to extend your stay, please inform us at least the day before departure. Requests made on the same day will incur a €15 cleaning team rescheduling fee.

Before leaving, we ask you to:
- Empty the refrigerator
- Wash your dishes or place them in the dishwasher
- Take out the trash

Failure to comply may result in a €36 deduction from your deposit.

Any damage or breakage must be reported immediately. If possible, we kindly ask you to replace the item with a similar or identical product and send us a photo confirmation.

For the comfort of all:
Bringing animals into the apartment will result in a €150 charge
Smoking inside will result in a €100 charge
Parties or excessive noise will result in a €200 charge
