Check-out time is 11:00am. We kindly ask you to be ready to leave on time to allow our cleaning team to prepare the apartment under a strict schedule. In case of late departure without prior agreement, a fee starting from €45 may be charged depending on the delay.
If you wish to extend your stay, please inform us at least the day before departure. Requests made on the same day will incur a €15 cleaning team rescheduling fee.
Before leaving, we ask you to: - Empty the refrigerator - Wash your dishes or place them in the dishwasher - Take out the trash
Failure to comply may result in a €36 deduction from your deposit.
Any damage or breakage must be reported immediately. If possible, we kindly ask you to replace the item with a similar or identical product and send us a photo confirmation.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Cannes dans ce magnifique appartement décoré avec soin, très bien équipé et très agréable à vivre. Les 2 grandes terrasses nous ont permis de profiter d’une vue splendide et dégagée sur Cannes et la mer...
Bref, que du bonheur !!!
Le seul bémol concerne l’accès très difficile au garage pour une voiture familiale.

Nous avons rencontré de nombreux problèmes dès les premiers jours de nos vacances : des stores qui se repliaient automatiquement, la télé qui ne fonctionnait pas, le ménage à l'arrivée non fait (nous avions encore les ordures des prédécesseurs), des objets cassés et une fuite d'eau ... cela fait beaucoup. De plus l'agence Immogroom n'a réglé aucun de ces problèmes pendant notre séjour hormis la fuite (nous sommes restés 15 jours quand même) et nous avons passé nos vacances à les relancer et à expliquer et réexpliquer nos problèmes malgré nos mails avec photos à l'appui. Je ne recommande pas du tout de passer par cette agence.

Appartement magnifique sauf parking
Nous avons séjourné dans ce merveilleux appartement pour les vacances de Noël 2018, nous avons été enchanté, il est magnifiquement décoré, très tendance, il n’y manque rien, on se sent comme à la maison. Les photos sont conformes à la réalité, les deux magnifiques terrasses nous ont permis de profiter du soleil tout au long de la journée. Il est bien situé, près du centre, accessible par bus. Bref, nous aurions mis 5 étoiles à cette location n’eût été du parking (box) trop étroit pour une voiture citadine, plutôt fait pour une voiture « compacte ». Nous conseillons de changer cette information dans votre annonce.

Super séjour dans ce magnifique appartement doté d'un aménagement intérieur extrêmement complet et haut de gamme, de la litterie aux appareils ménagers... Belles terrasses, peu utilisées pour cause de bise fraîche. Seul point négatif, l'accès au sous-sol et le parking vraiment très étroits. Bonjour la carrosserie !

El apartamento es fantástico, pero no estamos contentos con los servicios
No me gustó la limpieza la llegar. Habían pelos en las almuhadas auxiliares, así como en el plato de ducha y restos de comida en la cocina. El primer dia les escribimos para indicarles que no podíamos hacer uso de la caja fuerte ni de la plaza del parcking y no nos contestaron. Por otro lado, el dia que nos teníamos que ir, quedamos a las 7 de la mañana y estuvimos esperando casi 1 hora . No nos avisaron de que no podían llegar. Nos retrasó el viaje
