Enjoy a pleasant holiday in Friesland in this cosily furnished holiday home in Tzummarum. The living room has a dining table and seating area. After an active day in the beautiful surroundings, you can relax with your family and friends by the gas stove or outside on the open terrace. Individual duvets in each bedroom. The holiday home is located in an inviting holiday park in the province of Friesland and is therefore ideal for families with children. The holiday park has an outdoor pool with separate children's pool, cafeteria, playground, table tennis, tennis court and volleyball court. You can hire bicycles at reception. Free WLAN is available in the reception area. The immediate surroundings of this holiday home have a lot to offer. Visit the Wadden Sea, where you can go on mudflat walks and enjoy the unique nature. You can cycle or walk along the dyke towards Harlingen, with a view of the Wadden Sea on one side and the typical terps with authentic farms on the other. The beautiful harbour town of Harlingen is only 14 km away. Here you will find a beach and many shops, but you can also admire the town hall, the lighthouse and the Zuiderhaven marina. From Harlingen, the ferry sails to the Wadden Islands of Vlieland and Terschelling, which are definitely worth a visit. Just 5 km from the holiday home is the town of Franeker, known from the Eleven Cities Tour. Visit the old town centre and the planetarium. Leeuwarden, the capital of Friesland, is 22 km from the holiday home. On cooler days, you can visit the Aeolus indoor playground with your children. This playground is only 5 kilometres away and offers a variety of activities. There is a lot to discover in the glass pyramid. The holiday home is about 7 km from the Bloemketerp indoor swimming pool in Franeker.

War ein sehr schöner Urlaub, sehr ruhige Lage

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit jedoch der nächste Strand in Harlingen war mit 13 KM schon recht weit entfernt

Beetje gebrekkig

De accommodatie was schoon. Het was voor 4 personen, maar er was maar 1 kookpan en een steelpannetje om in te koken. Dus koken met een gezin was behelpen. Verder zijn de paden op heet terrein voor de auto's vrij smal en sommige bochten moeilijk te maken. Om iets van de omgeving te zien, zijn auto en fietsen (te huur in het dorp) een must. In het dorp zit een bakker en een boer waar je wat groente en aardappelen kunt kopen, maar verder moet je echt naar Franeker voor de boodschappen.

Tzummarum

Tzummarum bietet für Fahrradfahrende einen super Ausgangspunkt. Leeuwarden, Harlingen u. Franeker sind gut mit dem E- Bike zu erreichen. In Tzummarum selbst hätte ich mir mehr Infrastruktur gewünscht. Ansonsten war es ein schöner Aufenthalt.
