Come and stay in this superb high villa with a magnificent swimming pool and its 1500m2 garden.
In a magnificent private property located 900 metres from the beaches, this detached flat at the top of a villa comprises 6 rooms, in a quiet location, with a bright living room and very high ceilings. It boasts exceptional panoramic views of the sea, the Lérins islands, Cap d'Antibes, the Alps and the mountains.
The accommodation comprises 2 floors, 3 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms for 7 people.
It should be noted that the property is divided into 2 and that the owners live in an independent private flat at the bottom of the villa.
The outside areas (garden, swimming pool, plancha with outdoor table and petanque area) are of course accessible and will be shared with the owners.
The property is ideally located between Cannes and Golf Juan. The property benefits from a wealth of cultural attractions, thanks to its location close to museums (Musée national Pablo Picasso, Musée des explorations du monde, Musée Bonnard, Musée d'Art Classique de Mougins, Musée Chapelle Bellini, Écomusée sous-marin etc.).

Beaches: 10 minutes on foot

Your accommodation will be prepared on arrival with quality sheets and towels (organic and fair-trade cotton). It also has a fan in every room (Good building materials and sound with good general insulation, so you won't suffer from the heat in summer or the cold in winter). As well as an internet connection.

Bedroom n°3 (R+1 level): 2 single beds (100x200) + 1 single bed (90x200) - bathroom, toilet and access to a terrace with sea views.
2 bathrooms: shower - bath - separate toilet - hairdryer
1 laundry room
Facilities: ironing board and iron
Outside areas to be shared with the owners:

- Secure swimming pool (with fence and child gate) + shower/pool house area

IMPORTANT:
This accommodation is not suitable for parties, birthdays or other occasions.
It is forbidden to accommodate more than 7 people and to smoke inside the accommodation.
The swimming pool will be accessible at your convenience from 9am to 8pm.
You must comply with the condominium rules.
We invite tenants looking for a calm and peaceful environment / The owners will do their utmost to respect their peace and quiet.
We reserve the right to impose penalties in the event of failure to comply with the above.

The following rules are an integral part of the rental contract, you have access to them before every booking to get informed about the check-in/out process as well as the rental rules.
Every arrival is self-managed, you get your keys in a keybox. Those are not at the same address than your unit but in several strategic spots in Cannes.
We take care of choosing the one that suits you the best.
We propose a few other check-in solutions with an extra fee charge and according to availability :

- Welcoming in person on site
The information about the keybox and all the access to the flat will be sent to you on the day before arrival, at the end of the day.
It’s possible to rent a baby set with extra cost to one of our partners once your booking is confirmed.
The check-out time is 11am, we ask you to be ready to leave or already gone in order to not make the cleaning crew wait as they have a very strict schedule, if you’re gonna be late, please call us asap, otherwise we will charge you from 45€ depending on the time you will leave the flat.
If you want to extend your stay, you have to do it the day before, if you wait until the due day, we will charge you 15€ for the cleaning crew shift fee.
We ask you kindly to empty the fridge, do your dishes or put them in the dishwasher and to take your trash out. If this is not done, we will take 36€ off your deposit.
If during your stay something were to be damaged or broken by you or another guest staying with you please report it right away, if you have the possibility and you are able to, we kindly ask you to replace it with a similar or identical item and send us a picture.
- If you bring an animal into the flat, we will charge you 150€
- If you smoke inside the flat, we will charge you 100€
- If you party or make to much noise, we will charge you 200€
