This is now YOUR $1.5 million dollar house to enjoy as your own in Mar Vista or also called part of Silicon Beach walking/biking distance to the ocean. It is a 3+2+Den--4th bedroom with 2 beds--Queen & single--great for kids. A stone's throw to Venice/Santa Monica/Marina del Rey, Main Street Santa Monica & Abbot Kinney Venice restaurants. 15 minutes from LAX. Very quiet and peaceful neighborhood! Cool beach breeze.

Security cameras cover the street from neighbors houses and my co-host lives close by. Everyone watches out for each other. Neighborly respect is paramount.

The space
This listing is for 3 bedrooms & 2 baths +Den (4th room) with a bed available now in an 1850 sq/ft home. The master room with double vanities ALL PRIVATE + an additional room.
Airbnb-ers will enter from the front of the house. Big living room / Dining room with vaulted ceilings, 65" Smart TV with numerous streaming channels on a mobile stand. The master bedroom includes a Chatham Wells California King and adjoining private 2 sink master bath w/ Italian tile, bath--rain shower and/or shower massage all new Hansgrohe fixtures. Also a walk-in closet and 45" 2nd Smart TV. The 'sports' room includes a queen bed, ergonomic chair, desk, dresser, and great books! The 'Monet' room w/replica of 'Bridge over Pond of Water Lilies is bright with French windows, facing front of the house, horizontal blinds, desk and lots of closet space--with a 3rd 45" Smart TV. The 2 west rooms share a gorgeous upgraded pristine bath / glass doored shower/massage. Immense kitchen space, filtered water, Hansgrohe fixtures, dishwasher, 2 microwaves brand new stove & refrigerator. House includes fios internet 100/100 mbps. Quiet street. Lots of parking. Very safe family neighborhood. The redwood deck in back is great for chilling out having a libation or 'something'. Completely private and obscured from any neighborly view.

Great Location

This house was as advertised, so I give it a good review. I would mention a few things though. We had 6 adults. There was no place for the 6 of us to sit down together to eat. (Table for 4) There was no place for us to all sit together outside. (4 chairs on deck) Kitchen cabinets were dirty inside.

Perfect location

The home was perfect for our stay. We had multiple family members who had flown in for Mom's 80th birthday party. Everyone was very comfortable. The location is just a mile from the beach and very convenient for sightseeing and shopping.
