This beautiful Destin beach house boasts 2 houses, its own private 26X13 ft swimming pool and beach access. This combined vacation rental property consists of over 2800 square feet of comfortable living space. The main house has 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths. The carriage house has 2 bedrooms with 2 full bathrooms upstairs and a half bath on the first floor. Each house has a full kitchen, dining area, and living room.
Only 500 feet to Destin’s sugar white sands and emerald green water. Perfect for a family beach vacation, spring retreat, weddings or just a fun couples get together, the home offers something for everyone. Relax in the large garden tub, bask in the sun on the deck around the private pool or simply read a book on the balcony. Come stay at this tropical slice of heaven. It’s just what you have been waiting for!
Front House:
First floor - 1 bedroom with king bed and queen sleeper sofa in the living room with a full shared bathroom on the first floor as well.
Second floor - 1 bedroom with king bed and kids twin bunk as well as a private bathroom with garden tub and private balcony. 1 bedroom with Queen bed and double over double bunk bed.
Carriage House:
First floor - Queen sleep sofa in living room and a half bath.
Second floor - 2 bedrooms each with a king bed, private full bath and balcony.
