- a bedroom with a double bed ;
- a fully-equipped, functional kitchen
- a shower room;
- a lounge area with a sofa bed for relaxing after a day's outing.
- a furnished terrace and a small 45 m² enclosed garden.
You'll particularly appreciate its practicality and charm.
You'll have everything you need for an excellent stay: Wi-Fi, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, oven, iron, TV, hairdryer, fridge, washing machine, etc.
Please note that bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee.
The apartment is ideally located in a small residence, 5 minutes from streetcar 2 and 6 minutes from the beach.
For everyday shopping, there's a “Carrefour City” supermarket just a 10-minute walk away.
