The house is a minute's walk from a beautiful Baltic Sea bay, in a quiet holiday home area. It has a large garden (850sqm) with a pond. The nearest swimming area is a five-minute walk away. The house has a winter garden, two sun terraces and a carport. It is fully equipped, five simple bicycles are available, a motor boat can be rented cheaply.

There is also an outside house with two beds, ideal for children who want to "hide".

Behind the house there is a meadow with a soccer goal and a park-like forest. The whole settlement is traffic-calmed, has a soccer field, a tennis court, a boules alley, fitness equipment and a small playground.
