This home features a beautiful full kitchen with dining table seating capacity for 10 guests, and additional bar island seating for 4 guests. The kitchen opens up through a set of bay doors onto a second floor deck space with outdoor seating, a grill, and an outdoor fireplace. Enjoy incredible, unobstructed views of the Spanish Peak skyline from anywhere in the kitchen, deck, and living room.

The main floor living room features cathedral ceilings and giant floor to ceiling windows that let in tons of natural light. Also on the main floor is the master bedroom with a California King bed, more floor to ceiling windows with majestic views. The en suite master bathroom features a jetted tub, walk in shower and dual vanity sinks.

Downstairs, step out of the dedicated ski room and into your skis or snowboard, 20 feet from the green “Smithy” run that leads directly to Madison Base Lodge, Six Shooter lift, and immediate access to the Biggest Skiing In America.

Upstairs, there is a lofted living space with two sets of full over full beds, a shared bathroom with dual vanity sinks and a walk in shower, and TV.
Sharing a hallway with the downstairs common space are two additional bedrooms, one featuring a queen bed and the other with two full beds. Both with ensuite bathrooms, walk in showers, and TVs.

Also downstairs is access to the outdoor hot tub, game room with a poker table, wet bar, couch seating and a large TV, office space, and a movie theater.

The Peaks View Lodge features a number of open spaces perfect for entertaining, with large windows framing incredible mountain views.
