Old mas "La Grange Blanche", built in 1850, renovated in 2016. Outside the resort, 2 km from the centre, in the countryside. Private: property 1'600 m2, park 900 m2 (fenced) with lawn and trees, swimming pool (10 x 5 m, depth 170 cm, seasonal availability: 15.May. - 30.Oct.) with internal staircase and alarm system. Parking (for 3 cars) on the premises. Shop 2 km, grocery 2 km, restaurant 2 km, bus stop "Les Cadets" 3 km. Riding stable 200 m. Nearby attractions: Wave Island 10 km, Parc Spirou 10 km, L'Isle sur la Sorgue 11 km, Avignon 20 km. Please note: car recommended. Animals in the neighbourhood. Main road close by. The house is semi-detached, without vis-à-vis. The D28 passes behind the house, which leads from Avignon to Pernes. Park with horses in front of the house.

Exit to the terrace. 1 large room 40 m2, window onto the courtyard with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). Bath/shower, bidet, sep. WC, double hand-basin. Heating, air-conditioning. Terrace 25 m2, roofed. Terrace furniture, deck chairs (8). View of the valley and the garden. Supermooi adresje in de Provence !

Het huis is zeer gunstig gelegen temidden mooie plekjes in de Provence. Het is heel authentiek Provencaals qua bouwstijl. De kamers zijn goed ingericht en ruim, mooie en goed uitgeruste keuken en badkamer, mooi ook het afdak waardoor je buiten kan ontbijten en eten, ook een barbecue is voorzien.Mooie onderhouden tuin waaruit gasten groenten en fruit mogen halen, een heerlijk zwembad. We hadden een heerlijke tijd daar en kwamen niets tekort. Eigenaars zijn zeer vriendelijk. Aanrader!!

Huis voldoet aan alle voorzieningen om uw vakantie zonder zorgen te laten verlopen: airco in alle kamers, grote buitenkeuken, omheinde tuin voor de honden, groot zwembad,... Hele sympathieke en bereidwillige eigenaar, bedankt Laurent! Groenten en fruit uit eigen tuin was een voltreffer!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, dans cette maison de caractère. Superbe piscine. La maison tourne le dos à la route, donc aucune gêne auditive Le propriétaire est d'une extrême gentillesse. Il connaît bien la région et vous donne de très bon conseils je conseille ++++

Hallo,wij hadden een ongelooflijke vakantie gehad ,we raden het iedereen aan .Het zwembad is zalig en alles was ok in het huis zeeer veel ruimte .We hadden twee kleine kinderen bij een van anderhalf en een van bijna een jaar .Was geen probleem .En de airco was prima in orde .Gewoon een aanrader voor iedereen .Ook het onthaal met de eigenaar was perfect .Zeer vriendelijke mensen .mevr Wynen

heerlijke woning

Wij hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad in deze woning. Alles is ruim, de keuken, de tuin, de kamers, de woonkamer, het zwembad. Het huis ligt aan een doorgaande weg, dit heeft als voordeel dat je overal dichtbij zit. De eigenaar staat altijd direct klaar als er vragen zijn en onderhoud het zwembad perfect. Het huis is schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien, het ligt vlakbij een dorp waar alle voorzieningen zijn.
