Casa Zeralda - Brand new apartment with private pool in an optimal location. 6 persons

Our brand new apartment (2015) with its own pool is ideal for groups of friends or 2 families with children (6 beds and 2 fully equipped bathrooms) who want to spend their vacation in a private and quiet environment (at the end of a cul-de-sac, no traffic) , We built this house primarily for us (and spend every free second there), and accordingly equipped it with high quality. The house is in a perfect location: approx. 2 km from beautiful beaches and a supermarket is within walking distance. The center of Budoni is also about 2 km away, and there are all other shops and services (shops, newspapers, nice restaurants (tips can be found separately), cafes, pharmacies, medical care and much more). For all guests, there is a free shuttle service to the various beaches in the season (bus stop 50m away). The port of Porto Ottiolu and San Teodoro can be reached in 5-10 minutes. Olbia Airport can be reached in about 20 minutes.
High quality kitchen with dishwasher - 3 bedrooms each with a double bed - pool (depth: 1.50m) - satellite system and 43 "TV - flat rate WiFi - 2 bathrooms, high quality equipment," Italian "(= barrier-free) shower with natural stone - large covered porch. Washing machine. Car parking space with lockable gate.
German speaking contacts on site.
There are many recreational opportunities: all kinds of water sports, golf, horse riding, climbing, diving, hiking, mountain biking, motorcycle, tennis and much more.
You also have sea views from the garden (admittedly, only at one point ;-))!

lovely, conveniently situated house. Very comfortable and helpful owner

A lovely, modern house. It is very well equipped with a new kitchen, two very good bathrooms and three good size bedrooms. It has everything you need for a holiday. Just bring beach towels! We are a family of two adults and two children and it was perfect. Spacious but cosy. The house is well situated for easy access to beaches and inland. Very easy journey from Olbia airport. A car is an absolute necessity but you don’t have to drive more than ten minutes to be at any one of the lovely local beaches or the nearby town of Budoni with its bustling night time market. The supermarket is just around the corner and there are a couple of restaurants at the top of the road. The owner is great – easy to contact and ensured there was someone local who popped into make sure we were all OK. Because it is a new house there is some building materials on plots nearby as some houses on the development are not yet built so the view in some directions isn’t great, but that didn’t worry us. There is no air con or wifi. It has a small pool which is more like a large plunge pool really, but we didn’t use it as we were at the beach every day. The house has some of the owners belongings and pictures but they make the house welcoming for us - more homely! We were very comfortable and really recommend the house. We stayed for a week.

Absolutely fantastic, spacious apartment - made our holiday!

Casa Zeralda is a fantastic apartment and so much more spacious than we expected. We stayed there for a week with 4 adults and 2 babies and it was like a home from home - everything you would need on a holiday - nice clean bathrooms, highchairs and cots for babies if needed, everything in the kitchen you would need, and most importantly on holiday - comfortable beds!!! The owners are lovely and really responsive and helpful and did everything they could to make our stay comfortable. The apartment is walking distance to a supermarket and a nice pizza restaurant and nearby Budoni. We hired cars and i'd say this is a must, but it meant we could explore a lot of Sardinia and all of the different beaches which are amazing. Would highly recommend this apartment, and i hope we will be back another year to stay!

Schöner Aufenthalt in geräumiger EG Wohnung mit Pool

Wohnhaus liegt in einer kleinen Siedlung (Wendehammer) mit Ferienhäusern. In ca. 2 km ist Budoni (Meer) zu erreichen. Das vermietete Objekt ist im EG. (im OG ist ebenfalls eine Wohnung mit separatem Stellplatz und Zugang) Stellplatz im eingezäuntem Garten. Pool mit Liegen steht zur Einzelnutzung der EG Wohnung zur Verfügung. Leider erst am Nachmittag Schatten am Pool. Gute gehobene Ausstattung inkl Küchenausstattung mit Spülmaschine. Zwei moderne Badezimmer mit jeweils Dusche/WC und Bodenabzieher statt Duschabtrennung. Im Wohnzimmer stand uns eine Amazon Alex als Musikquelle zur Verfügung. Schöner Sitzbereich überdacht mit Vorhängen zum vorziehen als Sonnenschutz. In Küche Stehhocker (3-4 Stk.), im Wohnzimmer 1 Sofa und ein Sessel. Großes Fach TV mit deutschen Sendern. Guter freundlicher Kontakt zum Vermieter, wie auch zum Makler bzgl. Schüsselübergabe. Vor Ort steht bei Bedarf ein Ansprechpartner (deutschsprachig) zur Verfügung. Pool wird regelmäßig gereinigt. Waren sehr zufrieden.

Tolles Haus in ruhige Lage

Unkomplizierter und sehr netter Kontakt vorab sowie vor Ort, super schöner Pool, der aller 2 Tage gereinigt wird sowie eine schöne Ferienwohnung mit toller Lage. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder :-)

Clean, modern apartment, with a pool. Great space for a family of four or six. Located just a few miles from beautiful beaches. The host was very responsive and friendly. I can certainly recommend this place.

3 Wochen Erholung!

Zu viert haben wir im Juli/August 2017 drei Wochen an diesem schönen Ort verbracht. Alles hat für uns wunderbar gepasst; neben einer schönen Wohnung in bester Lage mit einem glitzernden Pool wurden wir sehr nett vom Verwalter begrüsst, und wir konnten im Laufe der drei Wochen immer wieder äusserst freundliche Leute kennenlernen die uns z.Bsp. den Pool gereinigt haben, oder aus der Nachbarschaft kamen um mit uns Informationen über den besten Strand, die aktuelle Wetterlage, die besten Restaurants der Gegend, oder Ausflugsziele zu teilen. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können diese Wohnung uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Comfortable, well equipped with a great pool!

This was our first holiday in Sardinia and it won’t be our last! The five of us thoroughly enjoyed our 10 day stay in Malamuri. We found the ground floor apartment was as it was described...new build, three good sized double bedrooms, great showers in the two bathrooms, very well equipped kitchen and a comfortable living area but the best was the outside dining area and the fantastic pool! We booked the apartment because of the pool and were not disappointed. It is a great area for relaxing in with a cold beer, reading and cooling down after a day at the beach! The position keeps the sun until late into the afternoon, my favourite time of the day! We travelled with 3 older teenagers who all enjoyed bobbing on inflatables and 'chilling' in the pool! Its not a large pool but perfect for what we wanted. A car is essential to give the opportunity to see around the region. The property is about half an hour drive from the airport and easy to find. The local supermarket is well stocked and convenient for essentials, however, we found better value at the MD supermarkets in the local towns. If it's a beach holiday you are after, you wont be disappointed! So many to choose from. We went as far north as Baja Sardinia (we dropped the 'youngsters' at Aquadream water slide park and found some great beaches along from 'Phi' beach) and south to Santa Lucia (much quieter than Budoni, San Teodoro or Brandinchi which are all worth a visit) . Don't miss a drive out to Port Cervo to look with envy at the yachts in the harbour! However, we also enjoyed our evening visits to Porto Ottiolu only 10mins away for evening meals at harbour side restaurants. The local restaurant called Symposium serves very good food and is not expensive. Definitely worth an early visit as the bonus is it has WiFi to satisfy our teenager social media cravings! I even managed to still get a connection from there whilst sat around the apartment pool. One highlight was hiring a RIB with a 40hp outboard from Porto San Paolo. An afternoon spent swimming in the crystal clear waters off the island of Molara will be a long abiding memory. A great holiday!
