Great property and great location! Amazing views and great home overall. Our kids loved the pool and hot tub. They wished we had more time at the house because we were always on the go, but the time we spent there was great. For having such great views, it's still really close to town. We could get to the main strip in Pigeon Forge in about 15 minutes. I'd recommend this place to anyone looking for good sized place with amazing views!

Views were amazing, plenty to do and relax in the home and completely sold us on this property!! We had 3 families and everyone had their own space when needed. There was more to the home than advertised - shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, etc. We had some home issues, but the host communicated quickly, efficiently and the turn around time for work was within 24hrs. Great place and will book again!

Summit 85 feedback

This was our third year staying in the house so we obviously love it. We think it is time for the dishwashers to be replaced as they are a little tricky to operate and the racks are not level when they pull out. The house on the exterior patios could use a deep clean to remove cob webs etc. Lastly, if they ever did a renovation in the kitchen, a larger refrigerator would be helpful with a separated ice maker would make the house even better. We love this house so much and have had so many wonderful memories with our friends and family. We would stay here again without a doubt.

AMAZING!

Our family has been staying with Mountain Vibes for many years now and each home has been wonderful but Summit85 just became our new favorite!! It had everything that we look for in a vacation home, easily slept the 15 people that we had, the bedding was very accommodating for families with small children to stay in the same room but have their own beds. Already decided this is the one we are coming back to next year!!
