Oasis 2016, formerly known as Phoenix West II 2016



This is a North facing unit with incredible views of Gulf State Park and awesome rates!!!



Be the first to relax and enjoy your stay in this beautifully appointed, professionally decorated three bedroom, four bath condo. Come check out the large custom kitchen and a 60'' HD TV in the living room, and flat panel HD TVs in all the bedrooms. No expense was sparred when we decorated this condo at Phoenix West II.



Upon entering you can't help but let out a sigh, grab your favorite drink and relax. The north facing living room has floor to ceiling windows and breath taking views. A wet-bar, ice-maker and wine cooler will enhance any party. The decor in the condo is exceptional.



The condo's master bedroom has a king bed, the 2nd bedroom also has a king, there are two queen beds in the 3rd bedroom and the living room has both a queen and full sized sofa sleeper for sleeping up to 12. NEW mattresses as of February 2025!



Come enjoy our newest amenities that include a new adult pool in addition to the already wonderful and relaxing outdoor pool, lazy river and slide. Kids can enjoy the upgraded, fun and lively splash pad. The grill area has been updated to a large covered pavilion that also includes games like corn hole etc. If you don’t feel like cooking or going out to eat, you can grab a drink and a bite to eat at the on-site cafe and; bar. There is a well stocked souvenir shop as well for those last minute essentials and memories to take home.



The Oasis also offers basketball courts, pickle-ball courts, tennis court and putting green. The heated indoor pool is perfect for those cooler days. Near the indoor pool you will find four hot tubs. There is a great fitness room located on the 15th floor overlooking the beach, with two more hot tubs and saunas on the floor below. You have covered parking in the garage.



For your convenience we have installed a keyless entry door lock so you and your family/friends do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay!



Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $60 per vehicle. Any 3br unit you rent at Oasis guarantees you can purchase up to two parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but please do not expect the front desk to sell extra passes during the summer season.

The location was beautiful. Beaches were so awesome! No complaints here!

This condo does not overlook the beach...it overlooks the highway. I must have missed that in the listing. We were not expecting a view of the traffic. There are only 6 elevators in the entire building for 32 floors. We waited on elevators 15 to 20 minutes at a time.

Condo rental @ Oasis Orange Beach

The overall building was clean and accommodating as usual. We enjoy the lazy river and proximity to the gulf. There were minor mechanical issues in the condo (light bulbs either burnt out or not working, main bedroom fan out, etc). Most dangerous issue was the back door lock not in operation. We had toddlers with us and that seemed a bit of a hazard. Overall, the unit was clean and we enjoyed it. It would have been even better if we had been facing the gulf.

Wonderful stay

Our stay was great! The only thing we encountered was the unit above ours had a leak and the ceiling in the master bedroom had a section fall into our luggage. We had to get maintenance and they looked at it and had to come back the next day to look again. Small inconvenience!

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a warm welcome and the staff was incredibly polite and helpful throughout our stay.The condo itself was impeccably clean and beautifully decorated, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere that made us feel right at home. One of the highlights was definitely the lazy river pool – it's such a relaxing and fun feature! My kids absolutely loved floating around, splashing water, and just enjoying their time in the sun. It was the perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring.Additionally, the amenities for kids were fantastic. There were plenty of activities to keep them entertained, from the splash pad to games. It really made our family vacation memorable as I could relax while knowing the kids were having a great time!Overall, our experience was nothing short of amazing. If you're looking for a beautiful, clean, and family-friendly place to stay with incredible amenities, I highly recommend this condo. It truly exceeded our expectations, and we can’t wait to come back!

The description leads you to believe that it is a beach facing condo. There was no privacy and I counted seven balconies that I could see and they could see me and we even heard other people having conversations about how they were tricked also on getting the backside not facing the beach. When contacting them they made it look like I was stupid and showed me about the third or fourth page down in the fine print where it said is a north facing condo. They were very unfriendly and unapologetic about it. This isn’t my first rodeo. Im over 50 years old and I have been doing this my entire adult life and have never been tricked this way. I have never got a condo on the backside.

The first sentence on the listing literally says "This is a North facing unit with incredible views of Gulf State Park". You also failed to notice the balcony pictures do not face the beach, they face the state park. As we mentioned to you, this is why this and other north facing units are discounted 20-30% off vs the beach facing units.

This property was what we expected from the listing. It was clean and nicely decorated. The condo was located on the 20th floor. We often parked on the 12th floor of the parking garage for easier access to the room as the elevators were often full. Many people waited long periods of time for an elevator. We planned some activities to avoid elevators being crowded and took the stairs a few times. The crowded elevator was our biggest complaint about our stay, otherwise we enjoyed it. The kitchen was a nice size for a large family to cook in and then eat together. We enjoyed the easy beach access and there were water hoses along the boardwalk to spray our feet and shoes off before returning back into pool area. We would stay here again as the pool, lazy river, and splash pad area for small children was nice. Great location for families.

Perfect for our family

This condo was perfect for our needs. Very spacious and comfortable. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything we needed for our stay.Bedroom configuration is great for our family of 8. Plenty of towels in the bathrooms also. The proximity to the beach is great and we too full advantage of the pools and the lazy River. It rained several days, having an indoor pool saved us from grouchy grandkids 😊 . There’s a cool restaurant, ice cream shop and bike rental directly across the street. Gulf shores state park is a great place to bike ride. Took full advantage of the tennis court and pickle ball court. The condo provided pickle ball equipment ( who knew pickle ball is soooo much fun!) Lastly: Yes ! As mentioned in several reviews the elevators are really crowded on Saturday and Sunday. The rest of the week was fine.

There was easy access to the beach, and it was a beautiful weekend. Our family rented two condos in the building, the other was much cleaner, updated, and nicer. All said, it was OK, but could be much better for the same price

The view is to the north of the hwy and increasing number of construction projects, but I feel the lower price reflects this compared to units with a beach view.Like others have mentioned you will have to be patient with the elevators at times but if you try and avoid peak check in and out times you it isn't that bad. Its a very large property so if you want to avoid crowds this isn't the place for you. Pools and hot tubs are always crowded, but just be patient. The parking fee is kind of annoying considering the prices being paid to rent in the first place.
