Cocoonr is offering this charming 75 m² flat for rent in Nancy, which can accommodate up to 3 guests. Situated on the ground floor, it comprises a lovely 30 m² living room, a fully fitted kitchen, a beautiful bedroom, a bathroom (with shower) and a garden of around 80 m². Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels); your bed will be made up on arrival.

The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A 30 m² living area with a TV
- A fully fitted kitchen including: an electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
- A bedroom with 1 single bed and 1 queen-size bed (160×200)
- A bathroom with shower and toilet
