Le Suquet is the historic heart of Cannes. Its narrow streets, colorful houses and panoramic views over the bay give the neighborhood a distinctive atmosphere.

Just below, the famous Forville Market gathers locals each morning around fresh produce, flowers and regional specialties. A few steps further, the Old Port and the beaches shape the daily life of the area.

Located on the fourth floor of the building, this studio offers a pleasant sea view and accommodates up to three guests.

The living space includes a double bed and a comfortable sofa bed. The kitchen is equipped with refrigerator, kettle, toaster, Nespresso machine and microwave.

The bathroom features a shower and WC.

The Palais des Festivals can be reached in about nine minutes on foot, while the beaches are around seven minutes away.

At UPSTAYS, we believe in a balance between freedom and respect for the apartment, for the teams who prepare it, and for the neighborhood that surrounds it.

Check-in is autonomous via key box. The key boxes are located at strategic points in Cannes (not necessarily at the apartment address). We select the most convenient solution for you. Access instructions and key box details are sent the day before arrival in the early evening.

Alternative check-in options (early arrival, airport transfer, in-person welcome) are available upon request and subject to availability, with additional fees.

Check-out time is 11:00am. We kindly ask you to be ready to leave on time to allow our cleaning team to prepare the apartment under a strict schedule. In case of late departure without prior agreement, a fee starting from €45 may be charged depending on the delay.

If you wish to extend your stay, please inform us at least the day before departure. Requests made on the same day will incur a €15 cleaning team rescheduling fee.

Before leaving, we ask you to:
- Empty the refrigerator
- Wash your dishes or place them in the dishwasher
- Take out the trash

Failure to comply may result in a €36 deduction from your deposit.

Any damage or breakage must be reported immediately. If possible, we kindly ask you to replace the item with a similar or identical product and send us a photo confirmation.

For the comfort of all:
Bringing animals into the apartment will result in a €150 charge
Smoking inside will result in a €100 charge
Parties or excessive noise will result in a €200 charge
