- a fully equipped kitchen;
- a functional shower room;
- a dining area with a table and chairs;
- a comfortable lounge to relax after a day of walking.

You will particularly appreciate its practicality and calm.
Everything you need for a great stay is at your disposal, including: TV, washing machine, filter coffee machine, refrigerator, microwave, oven, etc.
Please note that bed linen and towels are provided at an extra cost.

- Close to various food shops.
- 80 m from the beach and the seafront, as well as bars, restaurants and entertainment.
For your small daily shopping, a supermarket "Spar" is just 3 minutes walk.

- the Blockhaus de Port-la-Nouvelle, a 9-minute drive away;
- the île aux oiseaux de Ste-Lucie at 17 minutes;
