Newly built modern cozy apartment with remote gate access, located in Mount Fortune on the eastern end of the island. Five minutes driving access to grocery stores, Island Harbour beach and the restaurants thereon like Falcon Nest. 10 minutes drive from the famous Shoal Bay beach.
The space
The apartment is new and is fitted with all the necessary modern amenities. The space is equipped with a washer and dryer, fully air-conditioned, 40 inch TV in bedroom and living area, equipped with cable and internet. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary cooking utensils and appliances to include fridge, stove, toaster oven, microwave and coffee maker.
Guest access
Guest has access to the entire property which includes a Gazebo with a grill and small refrigerator for outdoor dining and relaxation. A backup generator is also onsite incase there is a power outage in the area. Fortune Estate East is a gated property with remote access. We have a spacious yard which is paved and lined with garden plants throughout.

The apartment was very modern and well kept. Home away from home. Very comfortable. TV in the bedroom and livingroom. AC in the bedroom and livingroom area to keep cool. The staff were extremely hospitable.
