This apartment has a private parking space, visitor spaces and a secure bike room.

Accommodating up to 4 people, it will be ideal for holidays with family or friends. You can enjoy a beautiful south-east facing terrace.

Located on the 1st floor, this 60m2 apartment is fully air-conditioned and equipped with mosquito nets.

It is composed as follows:
- Living room/ Kitchen with all the necessary equipment and office area
- Bedroom 1 with large cupboard, access to terrace and King-size bed(180*200)
- Bedroom 2 with large closet, large desk and queen-size bed (160*200)
- Bathroom with bath/shower and storage

Excellent séjour

Beaucoup de choses à voir: Marseille, La route des crêtes, les calanques, sans compter les nombreux ports et plages. Des paysages magnifiques. Appartement très calme, très propre et très bien équipé. Propriétaire très accueillante.

Appartement moderne très agréable

Appartement très agréable à vivre, calme, moderne, très propre, avec de nombreux rangements. Grands lits confortables. Très bien climatisé. Accès Internet toujours OK. Parking privé extérieur. Tous les produits de première nécessité présents (très appréciable quand on arrive un dimanche!) Propriétaires très accueillants et souples sur les horaires d'arrivée et de départ. Rien à redire !
