Waterfront Villa -5 minute walk to the North Beach on the North Finger

This is a well maintained unit and a great location to stay if you are looking for a sensibly priced Villa with full access to the Jolly Harbor community amenities. This unit is perfect for a family of 3-4 or friends wanting to get away to relax in quite location. The patio is perfect for sunbathing, daily yoga/meditation, or relaxing with a glass of wine at night.

As you enter the unit, you will find a Kitchen equipped with refrigerator, microwave and an electric stove. To the left of the kitchen is a laundry room with stand-alone washer and dryer. The Living area is furnished with a Dining table and 4 chairs, a Love seat and two side chairs for relaxing after a long day at the beach.

The 2nd level has two bedrooms, each with a full bathroom (Shower, Toilet and Sink). The Master bedroom has a balcony perfect for morning coffee or a nightcap.

The Villa is within walking distance of the North Beach, perfect for a morning dip or to watch the sunset in the evening. This a lovely community with 24-hour security. If you like to run or exercise you have options. In addition, the community has Tennis courts, a community pool and golf course.

You can walk or rent a golf cart for traveling around the community. There are local vendors for those that want to enjoy locally grown fruits and vegetables. A grocery store and a host of restaurants in the community. EVERYTHING you need is in this one location.

Nice place, a litle dated

4 of us, 2 couples stayed for a week in December. Overall, it was a good stay. The hosts were easy to get in touch with. The villa had most everything we needed, although it could use some maintenance and upgrading. Check in was easy with a key box code to get in. Some details: Cons: -As mentioned, it could use some updating and maintenance. Some doors are tricky to close, sliding doors to deck squeak very loud which could wake others -Some items that would have been nice to have: facial tissue, extra bathroom tissue (2.5 baths, 3 rolls only for 4 people, one week), unbrellas -Some of the cookware needed to be cleaned before use -Second bedroom ensuite had a shower handle that kept falling off -Second bedroom ensuite had no counter space, just a pedestal sink -Until we turned on the A/C, it was fairly musty inside, probably just due to the heat -The taxi driver they recommended for us was more expensive than others. In fact, there was a price list in the room from another company that we used once we found it was much cheaper -Location is a little isolated and a golf cart/bicycle is a must. Also, the closest grocery store was very expensive compared to some smaller stores we found when driving through smaller towns. I suppose it's a marina town and most people there are OK paying more for things Pros: -Overall the villa had a lot of room and was very comfortable -It was good value for the price -The 2 decks were very nice -Lotsof storage in bedrooms for clothes etc.

Superb apartment near Jolly Beach North

Fabulous spacious apartment very near Jolly Beach North. Very well equipped and comfortable. Owner Marneisha could not do enough for us, she was extremely attentive, friendly and helpful. Couldn't wish for a more 'hands on' owner, we are super grateful to her for making our stay so perfect. It takes approx 40 minutes to walk to Jolly Beach South, but you can hire a golf buggy to get around in. The North Beach is just around the corner, literally 5 minutes away. I would definitely recommend staying here & hopefully I will come back too!

Great place in Jolly Harbor

The owner was very good to work with. We were fortunate to get a last minute rental for less than a week for friends who were joining us! The unit is very close to a small mostly private beach! It was described accurately and very clean! Thank you!

Just what we needed!

Marneisha was overwhelmingly helpful and accommodating. Couldn't ask for a nicer hostess. The villa is comfortable and full of natural light with beautiful views off the back veranda and upper balcony. The street is quaint and lined with colorful flowers and friendly neighbors. The quiet and picturesque beach is less than a five minute walk. And Jolly Harbour has everything you could want or need within a moderate walk or quick golf cart ride, and a welcoming feel wherever you go. We highly recommend!
