Located on the 1st floor without lift, this flat comprises :
A bedroom with a double bed, offering a cosy and intimate setting;
A practical and well-appointed shower room;
A fully-equipped kitchen for preparing your meals;
A comfortable lounge, ideal for relaxing after a day of exploring.

You'll love the peace and quiet of this flat, as well as the breathtaking sea views. The ideal orientation allows the sun to penetrate from morning until mid-afternoon, creating a bright and pleasant atmosphere.

Please note: works are currently underway to the front of the property, but this will in no way affect the peace and quiet inside the flat.

For your convenience, the flat comes with a cot, washing machine, microwave, oven, Miele coffee machine and much more. Bed linen and towels are included. What's more, all the windows are double-glazed for optimum insulation.
