Nice and quiet 4-room apartment spread over two floors, under the roof, with views of the mountains and the lake, 122m2. Living/dining room with a balcony and a fire place (not to use!). TV, stereo system, internet. Kitchen with dishwasher and oven. CHICCO D'ORO espresso machine. One double bedroom. One bedroom with two single beds. Bath/toilet/sink. Gallery: open bedroom with beautiful view of the lake, shower/toilet/sink. New and comfortable furnishing. Garage (height 195 cm). Shared washroom and ski room. Pets are not allowed.

HOUSE DESCRIPTION

Pro Silvaplana was built in 1995. The houses are located on the edge of the centre of Silvaplana. Cross-country skiing runs and hiking trails are in the surrounding area. The Corvatsch mountain, skiing area in the winter and starting point of beautiful hiking trips in the summer, is in the neighbouring village Surlej, 700m away. A huge variety of physical activities can be practised in St. Moritz, 5 km away. During the winter season busses run every half hour in any direction.

Die Wohnung war sehr in Ordnung, die Küche gut ausgestattet. wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Aber wenn Sie schon fragen wäre es nötig die Duschvorhänge zu waschen.
