Ideally located at the foot of cycle paths, this beautiful house is 3 km from the main beach and 5 km from the village of Mimizan.
This 75 m² family home comprises an entrance hall, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms each with a 140/190 cm bed, a bathroom, and a separate toilet.
The property also has a garage and a garden, ideal for enjoying a delicious meal outdoors with family or friends.

BED SHEETS AND TOWELS ARE NOT PROVIDED IN THE RENTAL. (Please bring the essentials: toilet paper, household and beauty products, paper towels, salt/pepper, oil, etc.)
To be paid upon arrival: tourist tax (from €0.83 to €4.40 depending on the room type/night/person) and the security deposit (between €500 and €1,000).
