Our apartment is only a 5-minute walk from Osterbergsee. You can relax there with your family. It doesn't matter whether you go for a walk or want to do sports. There is something for everyone to discover here.

Spacious living room

Our very cozy and modern living room of our apartment is equipped with friendly colors and new furniture. We want you to feel at home with us from the first minute.

The apartment has a comfortable double bed and a pull-out sofa bed for up to two people. A family with 4 people can spend their vacation comfortably in our apartment in Bad Gandersheim.

Modern entertainment system and wireless LAN (Wifi)

For the best entertainment, our apartment is equipped with a large flat screen TV, hard disk satellite receiver, cordless landline phone, and free wireless LAN internet access (Wifi). Regardless of whether you want to use the up to 100 Mbit fast internet for business or private purposes - you won't have to do without anything. With our entertainment system you will not miss anything. If you are out of the house and come back later, you can record your favorite films and enjoy them later.

Bedroom - a place to relax

Sleep like on cloud 7 - that's what we wish our guests. In our new comfortable double bed you can really relax and recharge your batteries for the new day. You can easily stow your luggage and clothing in our spacious wardrobe. You will also find more bed linen and towels in the wardrobe. For our guests of the smartphone generation, we have set up a charging station so that your devices can also recharge their batteries.

Modern feel-good bathroom

We know that a nice bathroom is important for a good start to the morning. For this reason, we have placed great emphasis on a modern, yet homely atmosphere. You will enjoy our Rainshower shower. Incidentally, the entire apartment is operated CO2 neutral and therefore very environmentally friendly. Our in-house solar system for heat and power generation, the modern SOLARvent pellet heating and the basic supply with our natural power provider ensure a holistic energy concept. Optionally, you can also use our new washer / dryer. Ironing boards and irons are also available.

Comfort fitted kitchen & dining area

No matter whether you want to cook with love on vacation or just want to use the comfort of a new fitted kitchen with all electrical appliances - in our kitchen we leave nothing to be desired. Our kitchen has a large freezer / fridge combination, a convection oven, a ceramic hob with extractor hood and a large dishwasher which is also connected to our solar / pellet heat supply for additional energy savings. Our kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, dishes, kettles, toasters and a Nespresso coffee machine.
