The detached bungalow is furnished in a functional style. The property is located in the town centre. Also due to its quiet and sunny location the domicile is popular. Available for use: parasol, sun lounger and garden furniture. private beach on the sandy and golden coast of Cavallino with the free use of 1 umbrella and 2 sunbeds of approx. mid May to approx. mid-September.

Cavallino-Treporti, district Cavallino. The bungalow is located on a enclosed garden plot with flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is directly from the main road (asphalted). Parking (for 1 car) is available on the property. All apartments have private parking
