Excellent Kaanapali Accommodation

I can't imagine finding a better a location and accommodation than this for a stay in Kaanapali. Plenty of room for 5 adults, beautiful grounds with two pools and a fun bar/restaurant. Oceanside complex and all you need for provisions right across the road. Loved it!

The place was nice. Great location to walk to restaurants and grocery right across the street. Grounds were beautiful and beach was very nice. Unit needs maintenance in the bathrooms. Lights were out and plastic panels covering lights had dead bugs in both bathrooms. Hall bathroom had no light working over the sink area. Door jam going into mater was all broken up. Microwave was broken so they put another one on the counter right next to the sink and it took up most of the countertop. We like the development and with some maintenance this unit would be nice.

Definitely be booking with KBM again.

We stayed at the Kaanapali Shores Resort and had a wonderful vacation. KBMs check in process was very simple and easy and we were able to access our unit with a door code, without having to check in at front desk which was very convenient. They provided pack and plays, high chairs and everything we needed for traveling with children. The unit was extremely clean and felt that kbm made sure to go out of their way to make the trip go smoothly. The check in check out process was clear and easy. This was our first time using KBM and we will definitely be booking with them again.

Great place on beautiful grounds…just a few hiccups

Bummed there were no coffee starters for at least the first morning. I didn’t find an info binder on the dos and don'ts or anything about the place. The cable was shut off after the first day. The property managers were very attentive and restored cable that day and made other small repairs. The screen wouldn’t stay on track, constantly came off. Because we booked through the owner we couldn’t partake in any resort activities, only the ukelele lessons which my son loved.
