Nous avions rĂ©servĂ© un logement avec des amis, mais nous n’avons reçu aucun message de la part de l’hĂŽte. Le jour J, toujours aucune nouvelle, malgrĂ© nos dix tentatives d’appel restĂ©es sans rĂ©ponse. Nous avons finalement dĂ» contacter le service client d’Abritel pour obtenir un dĂ©dommagement. Quelques minutes plus tard, j’ai reçu un mail d’Abritel indiquant que notre rĂ©servation avait Ă©tĂ© annulĂ©e, car le logement avait Ă©tĂ© rĂ©servĂ© par d’autres voyageurs sur une autre plateforme. C’est tout simplement inadmissible ! Heureusement que nous avons Ă©tĂ© remboursĂ©s immĂ©diatement, mais cette expĂ©rience est Ă  fuir absolument !
