Externally: a large garden full of flowers and numerous fruit trees of 1600 m² surrounds the house, with a gate on the west gable and a private courtyard for parking (2 to 3 vehicles without difficulty). Total immersion in Brittany! Everything is there: the sea, the port, the pretty village and this authentic family home. Indeed, all in stone, it dates from 1912 and is full of beautiful traditional furniture, Breton readings and many other nods to this region. Barely 200 m away you will find access to the GR34 trail and the Lézardrieux beaching port, which is located in a loop of the Trieux, 5 km from the mouth. Without going any further you can also go down to the small beach of Traou Treiz or do a bit of shopping in the shops in the center square at the foot of the church where the Friday morning market is held. On the Presqu'île, you will quickly realize, the landscapes are breathtaking, until you discover the unique Sillon de Talbert at its northern end. Further east, 8 km away, Paimpol is a must for strolling along the lively quays and enjoying the restaurants, bars and shops... As for the island of Bréhat, its pier is 14 km away! At the gateway to the Lézardrieux Peninsula, with an upstairs view of the port, here we live to the rhythm of the tides and the new landscapes that they create every day.
