The house is very well located and therefore also has a beautiful view of the sea, harbor and the whole surrounding area. A large terrace goes around the house, you can reach it from almost all rooms. Here outdoor living gets a new dimension. The rooms are large and well furnished. The colors are harmonious. Large, top modern kitchen, open to the living room and the dining area. The furnishings throughout the house are generally good and in a bright, Scandinavian style. Air conditioning in rooms 1, 2 and 3. Underfloor heating also provides comfort and low heating costs. There is a defibrillator in the house.
