Holiday house Andi is an exclusive, child-friendly holiday house (semi-detached house) with approx. 120 m² living space, in which you can relax with 1-8 people in a beautifully landscaped and hidden garden.

The large glass-roofed terrace invites you to relax in the late evening hours after your eventful day. There is also a large outdoor seating area for your morning breakfast in the great outdoors.
Loungers, for sunbathing and for a little relaxation in between, are also available.
Nearby you will find a grocery store, a butcher's shop and a friendly bike rental service for renting your means of transportation.

It is only 300 m to the main bathing beach and the promenade and yet very quiet.

Mehr als fünf Sterne gibt es leider nicht.

Ein super Aufenthalt in diesem schönen Haus. Es war sehr sauber und super eingerichtet. Es fehlte uns an nichts!Eine nette und hilfreich Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin gab es auch noch. Wenn wir nochmals mit 8 Leuten nach Borkum fahren dann auf jeden Fall in dieses Haus!

Superschöne Ferienunterkunft

Wir haben mit insgesamt 4 Erwachsenen und 3 Kleinkindern 1 Woche Urlaub in dieser wunderbaren Ferienunterkunft gemacht. Die Bilder spiegeln die Unterkunft wahrheitsgemäß wieder! Alles war sehr sauber und auch sonst hat es an nichts gefehlt! Auch für die kleinen war alles vorhanden, was man benötigt! Zusätzlich bietet die Unterkunft einen schönen Garten zur privaten Nutzung.Die Lage ist toll! Den Strand erreicht man in 5 min zu Fuß und auch die Innenstadt ist in ca. 10 min fußläufig zu erreichen. Wir können die Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen!

Schön und sauber!

Das Ferienhaus "Andi" hat moderne Bäder, eine moderne Küche, ist gemütlich eingerichtet und super ausgestattet -es fehlt an nichts und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.Vorallem aber ist es sehr sauber! Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und die Lage des Hauses optimal - was will man mehr?

Wirklich tolles, großes und richtig schönes Ferienhaus

Das Ferienhaus ist super schön und perfekt für einen Aufenthalt mit Kindern. Es liegt nah am Ort und Strand. Und ist wirklich super gut ausgestattet. War ein toller Urlaub.

Kein Wunsch blieb offen

Ein sehr gepflegtes und modernes Haus, in dem alles schon vorhanden war, was eine Familie (manchmal) braucht, seien es Geschirrspülertabs, Nussknacker, Gewürze, Glühwein, ... Nur die Fernseher in den Schlafräumen haben wir nicht benutzt, denn wir hatten ungewöhnlich gutes Wetter und waren viel draußen.

Tolle Insel - schöne Unterkunft.

Die Insel bietet Kultur und Natur, das Haus eine super Bleibe für entspannte Tage und Abende - auch wenn es mal regnerisch ist. Die Vermieterin ist sehr sympathisch und kümmert sich um alle Angelegenheiten. Man kann sie unabhängig vom Portal auch auf dem kurzen Dienstweg erreichen. Empfehlenswert!

Beste Haus am Platz.

Das beste Haus am Platz. Es fehlte uns (Großeltern, Eltern und zwei Kinder 3+5) an nichts. In dem liebevoll eingerichteten, sehr sauberem Haus mit großem Garten, ideal für Kinder oder nur zum Verweilen, fühlt man sich gleich sehr heimisch. Auch die Erreichbarkeit, zum Strand 5 Min., oder zum nächsten Supermarkt 5 Min., hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Danke an unsere Vermieterin, Frau Jutta Landwehr, für den reibungslosen Ablauf und einen angenehmen Aufenthalt auf Borkum. Eine super Woche auf Borkum!

Sitzen grade auf der Fähre nach Emden und blicken wehmütig auf eine tolle Urlaubswoche auf Borkum zurück. Unsere Ferienwohnung war einfach spitze und für uns als Familie inkl. Omas und Opas hervorragend geeignet. Die Kinder liebten Ihr „Reich“ im ausgebauten Dachgeschoß und die Aufteilung der Doppelzimmer und Bäder war total praktisch. Bei der Ausstattung fehlte es an nichts und der Garten - mit Grill - wurde rege genutzt. Super auch der kurze Weg zum Strand. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Ein wunderbares Ferienhaus!

Wir waren Anfang März 2019 eine Woche im Haus Andi und hatten trotz sehr gemischtem Wetter einen sehr schönen Urlaub! Das Haus ist liebevoll und gemütlich eingerichtet, hochwertig und nicht mit ausrangierten Möbeln. Es fehlt an ABSOLUT NICHTS, es gibt Massen von Handtüchern, Geschirr, Besteck, Töpfen , Pfannen etc. ,auch hier nicht-wie so oft in Ferienhäusern- bunt zusammengewürfelt, sondern alles passend aus einer Serie. Es wurde an jede Kleinigkeit gedacht, auch Bücher und Spiele für jung und alt fanden sich in reichem Maße. Toll! Der Pflegezustand des Hauses ist perfekt, nicht der kleinste Flecken oder auch nur eine schwarze Schramme an den blütenweißen Wänden,alles ist super sauber bis in die kleinste Ecke. Kompliment, das haben wir so ,selbst in höherpreisigen Häusern, selten erlebt. Die Vermieterin ist persönlich sehr bemüht, rief uns am ersten Tag an und fragte nach, ob alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit sei. Das haben wir wirklich noch nie erlebt! Wir können das Haus Andi nur uneingeschränkt empfehlen!

Ein unvergesslicher Urlaub

Das gesamte Haus war ausserordentlich sauber! Man konnte sich auf Anhieb dort wie zu Hause fühlen! Der große Garten sucht definitiv seines gleichen!! Die schiere größe und das damit verbundene freie Gefühl waren schon eindrucksvoll! Es gab viele Momente in denen wir einfach den Garten und das zum Glück gute Wetter genossen haben. Die Lage des Hauses ist top 200-300 Meter und man ist direkt am Strand. Es war wirklich ein schöner Urlaub, die Insel hat uns gut gefallen und das Haus mit seinem Garten haben unseren Urlaub so richtig abgerundet! Von uns eine klare Empfehlung
