Welcome to the very center of Copenhagen! Great apartment on the 3rd floor in a 200 year old town house. You will be close to everything, 5 minutes' from the Metro which takes you to the Airport in only 15 minutes. And most attractions are in walking distance from the apartment! The apartment can house 2 adults.

Beautiful apartment of apprximately 50m2 with 2 French balconies and the best location in Copenhagen right next to the central shopping street, 'Stroget'.

Apartment in the center of Copenhagen.
The apartment is not suitable for children.

The apartment has the following facilities:

Combined kitchen/living room, 1 bedroom, Small combined toilet/shower with a very small shower-area. There is a French balcony in each of the rooms in the apartment overlooking the cozy street filled with specialty shops and nice cafés. The apartment is located in a pedestrian street so you won't be bothered by traffic noise.

In addition the apartment is decorated and furbished allergy friendly, there is free Wi-Fi, well equipped kitchen, ironing board and iron, washing machine, hair dryer.

The apartment is located on the 3rd floor in a building with no elevator.

We are often very flexible for earlier check in or at least to drop luggage from 10:30AM, if it’s possible on the day, depending on departure of the previous guest.

Lovely little flat. Sadly, there was a considerable amount of smoking from one of the flats beneath, over numerous days.Going to sleep with the smell of a variety of substances unfortunately detracted from the stay.

Fine apartment, bright, well furnished, great location, just step outside and around the corner and you are on the Stroget. In spite of this, the apartment is quiet, but if you are a light sleeper you might hear the nighttime music at the pub next door. Note that this is 3 stories of walk-up (first floor is one flight up). Also, early daylight passes through the sheer curtains, so may want to bring eye-shades.

Der Aufenthalt in Kopenhagen war toll. Die Lage des Apartments war toll. Das Bad ist sehr eng und ist absolut renovierungsbedürftig. Die Küche hat eine gute Ausstattung. Etwas ungewöhnlich ist die Tür zum Nachbar mit hoher Geräuschkulisse und Gerüchen, die ins Apartment ziehen.

Back home we would like to thank again the people of the agency for having been able to arrange our early check-in! The apartment has an excellent location, in the centre, in an alleyway, close to many points of interest as well as grocery stores , bus and boat stations, but is situated on the 3rd floor without lift which is not really practicalwith luggage! The bed is big and comfortable, however, we couldn't sleep with the balcony doors open because of the noise during all nights,even on Wednesday and Thursday...but, the small window above the laundry machine saved us from suffocation… sure, it is like that in a city centre! In the kitchen there is everything you need, however, a garbage bag would have been desirable as well as a mat under the feet in the mini-bathroom. In any case, we had a lot of fun in Copenhagen which is an absolutely superb city and the Danish people are smiling,friendly and helpful, wherever we were, because we rented a car and went also to the Island of Jutland where everything also ran like a clockwork!What a wonderful country, where everyone makes an effort to speak English to make themselves understood, where you can eat good food and drink all day long in a good mood! We are just asking us the following question: Since we had to put and remove the bed sheets, towels and kitchen linens, wash dishes, take down garbage, and leave the apartment clean, why did we have to pay 125€ for the final cleaning? It still seems a little expensive for such a small apartment! But, anyway, if we had to do it again we would be ready to rent the same one again! Ideal apartment in excellent location

Previous responses cover everything so I will just say I enjoyed my stay. Noise Saturday night was intrusive so I recommend ambient noise. A FAN would be great!

El apartamento está muy bien situado, muy céntrico.Está bien equipado.Agua caliente sin problemas.El personal que gestiona su alquiler es responsable y atento en cuanto a los procedimientos de información en general. El problema está en la limpieza de la estancia.Los utensilios de cocina están sucios.La lavadora tiene moho en el departamento donde se deposita el detergente. El tostador deplorable. Con el baño te caes de espalda. El agua de la ducha encharca todo el suelo porque no hay ni placa de ducha , ni bañera.Todo es el suelo del baño.Te duchas junto al W.C. El agua se va canalizando por un desagüe que hay en el suelo, con lo cual tiempre te vas a encontrar un charco de agua en el baño. Tienes que ir al W.C. con chanclas de plástico y tienes que secar el W.C. antes de sentarte, siempre y cuando te hayaa duchado previamente.Además espeligroso enchufar el secador. El suelo del resto del apartamento es de madera y estaba bastante sucio . La alfombra del dormitorio,extremadamente sucia. Las almohadas tienen manchas amarillas aunque te dan fundas para cubriilas que están limpias.El colchón es muy cómodo pero ya no quisimos mirar si estaba también sucio.

Centraal gelegen en rustig appartementje in het hart van Kopenhagen

Het appartement is zeer centraal gelegen, ideaal om de stad te voet te verkennen en dicht bij de metro voor wanneer je van de luchthaven komt. Ondanks de centrale ligging is het er zeer rustig. Het appartement is van alles voorzien, hoewel sommige dingen aan een opknapbeurt of vervanging toe zijn (de kussens van de stoelen, de zetel). Een echt minpunt is de badkamer. We wisten dat de badkamer klein zou zijn, maar dat de douche zo miniem zou zijn hadden we niet verwacht. Het nodigt niet echt uit om een douche te nemen: je staat bij wijze van spreken te douchen naast het toilet en je moet alles droog vegen achteraf of de vloer rond het toilet is helemaal nat.

Apartment as depicted. Warm and cosy. Being a self contained unit, gave us a nice control of our stay. No hassles about bookings.Being older and not very au fe on new technology, had some problem of locating the unit initially. Had a lovely time.

We stayed for 4 nights as a couple. The location was perfect, apartment was clean and there was plenty of reading material on CPH. Each morning we would go out walking for 1-2 hrs to see the city and it was the perfect place to set out from. Great restaurants, shops and bars around. Nice tiny apartment located in the center of it all with a few considerations.

While the location was wonderful, I was never able to reach the owner/property manager before I arrived in Copenhagen. The only response I ever received was that they had received my money. They sent me another email saying that they needed my flight information and to call when I arrived at baggage claim so the person could estimate my arrival time and hand off the key. I sent all the information they had asked for but never got one response. After several more tries with no response I contacted HomeAway asking for some assistance and they said they couldn't get involved until 48 hours from my rental date. It was very aggravating not knowing if we would be able to get in the apt. HomeAway did end up calling the owner and giving him the flight information. The apartment was fine except for the bathroom. The shower is in the same space as the toilet so if you took a shower the night before, the floor was always still wet. In spite of our initial problems we still had a great time, the shopping and major attractions are so close, there is every store you can think of on the pedestrian streets and more. We found an excellent restaurant called the Olive Kitchen about a 7 min walk away, and the metro is also very close. Overall a good trip.

The apt. was small, but in a perfect location for sightseeing and shopping. It was clean and secure

There are three flights of stairs to reach the apt, but it is near restaurants and shopping. I think it may have been a converted attic. The bathroom is very small and the shower gets everything wet, but plenty of hot water and water pressure. The bed was very comfortable there was a closet for hanging clothes and a washing machine. We enjoyed our stay and would do it again.
