Our hosts gave us a warm welcome and showed us the house and even made us a special treat! You could tell how passionate they are about the history of the house. There are a ton of antiques that add special touches everywhere that really make you feel at home in a stylish house with lots of history. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook as far as utensils. We did have to bring our own shower items like shampoo and soap. Towels and hand towels were provided. The beds were comfortable and everyone rested well. We really loved our time here and we will definitely stay again. We had 7adults with us and we all fit well and had a great time.

Excellent calm place for a big group

House is situated in a very small calm village and is really big - two floors, 4 completely separate sleeping rooms, 2 spaceous living rooms, 2 badrooms and toilets, big kitchen.So there is enough space for a comfortable stay for 4 families with any 2-3 members in each.There is quite a spaceous yard near the house separated from the street by the fenster and the gates. There is also enough parking space both in the yard and at the street near the house.Overall we were very pleased with the house and happy to stay there for 4 full days.As I mentioned, the house is located in a small village, so we travelled by car to nearby cities (Strasbourg, Colmar, Freiburg) for attractions.

Une superbe demeure

Nous sommes un groupe de huit personnes, qui depuis plusieurs années effectuons un séjour pour visiter les marchés de Noël en France et en Europe. Nous avons choisi cette année de nous rendre en Alsace. Nous avons été accueillis chaleureusement par les propriétaires, M. Henri BAUMERT et son épouse. Passionnés par la culture et le patrimoine alsaciens, ils nous ont fait visiter la demeure en nous expliquant son origine et son histoire ainsi que la particularité de certaines pièces et mobiliers de cette maison typiquement alsacienne. Ils ont été de très bon conseil pour les activités et visites à proximité de la location. Concernant le logement et les prestations fournies, ils étaient digne d’un hôtel de luxe. Les propriétaires nous ont également réservé une belle surprise, avec un cadeau d’arrivée... En résumé, nous avons passé un très agréable séjour à « La Belle Alsacienne « . Tout était parfait. Nous recommandons sans hésitation.
