“Ocean’s Six” is sure to meet everyone’s need in a vacation home! The subdivision’s private tennis court and swimming pool will appeal to the active person while the beach seekers can bask on the white sands of the Gulf of Mexico that are literally steps from the front door. For those who love nature, this property is located next to the Bon Secour Nature Preserve. The long pier that extends out to Little Lagoon is great for appreciating and capturing the natural landscape of the area, offering slips to secure watercraft. The design and custom décor of this home offers an upscale appeal with comfort in mind as well as magnificent views and ocean breezes from multiple covered balconies and screened-in porches. A ground level entrance provides a “sand off” spot for sandals and beach goodies!

The main level of this home creates a “great room” atmosphere by combining the living area, dining area, and well-appointed kitchen, as well as a wet bar with 2nd refrigerator and ice maker. The spacious master bedroom offers a luxurious, ultra comfortable king bed with private full bath featuring a double vanity, tub, separate rain head shower and private commode closet. There is also an oversized washer/dryer area. Enjoy morning coffee with the sunrise or alfresco dining on the private screened in porch. A second main level deck offers sun bathers delight while still enjoying peaceful lagoon breezes.

Leading up the stairs to the second level is a landing that has been arranged into a quiet space for reading and relaxing, offering natural light from the bountiful, large windows. The second level of “Ocean’s Six” offers a second master King bedroom and private full bath as well as a private deck access that allows for views of both the gulf and lagoon. The third guest bedroom has a King bed utilizing a common full bath. This level is complete with an additional living space, serene work corner equipped with a desk and internet capability (the entire house, including porches, offer wi-fi). The sectional sofa is a queen size sleeper that will accommodate two guests. There is also a “cubby corner” with an oversized chair that doubles as a twin sleeper. Lastly, a few steps up you’ll find a small loft with another twin bed and privacy screen. Relax in the spacious screened in porch overlooking a panoramic view of the serene and beautiful Little Lagoon! There is a porch swing that offers a twin XL mattress that can double as a sleeping porch, weather permitting.

“Ocean’s Six” rental policy is as follows: Non-smoking home, no pets allowed, minimum age of primary renter must be 25 years or older. The primary renter must closely and personally supervise all occupants of the property. Any reservation obtained under false pretenses may be subject to loss of rent, deposit and/or eviction.

Why The Owner chose Homes, Laguna Key

After traveling the entire length of the panhandle, from the crook in Florida to Gulf Shores, AL, no other place offered the nice beach, amenities and lack of crowds. The area holds great value while the car trip from Atlanta is the same whether we are going here or to 30-A (Panama City).

Beautiful spacious beach, gated community, safe, uncrowded, adjacent to Bon Secour National Wildlife Refuge and Little Lagoon – very peaceful.

Would like to hank you (Mr. Jim and Family) for sharing your home with those who lead a busy life - and need a little relaxing and family time. Your home was lovely and was plenty large enough for our family of 10. All week I have enjoyed the peace this place has given me, truly needed that and now this week is closing in and this is our last day (sad to say). I will miss the views I have enjoyed each day, but I do have plenty of pictures to enjoy and take me back for just a moment of our busy lives. Will miss very much!!

Awesome home in the best location!

Our family and friends had a perfect week in Ocean's Six luxurious beach home! The kitchen was well stocked and we grilled one night and ate on the wonderful screened in porch with the huge table! Of course my favorite part was the screened in balcony with the swing bed! I slept there most nights and enjoyed the sounds of nature! The beds were comfortable and the furnishing and decor was great! The balconies (all 4!) were furnished with high end furniture! Everyone of us agree this was the best house ever! We played tennis , rode the bikes, swam in the pool, relaxed on the beach and the guys loved the fishing cart and lagoon pier! Jim was great to work with and answered any questions I had! We're already talking about next years vacation and hope to stay in Ocean's Six again! Thanks for sharing your beautiful home with us!

Lovely home

We enjoyed our stay very much. My favorite part was all the porches, some screened in, some open air. There were lots of places to lounge on comfortable perches. Also, very hospitable owners!

Best house, location, neighborhood

We have rented beach homes over a dozen times, and Ocean's Six has the best of everything we look for for the perfect family beach trip. The house is comfortable in every way with lots of cozy, soft seating in multiple relaxing spaces, the location is close to beach access requiring only a short walk on residential streets, and the privacy the neighborhood offers tops it off. Tennis courts, pool, fishing pier, and quiet streets with no thru traffic.

Wonderful vacation home!

Our three families truly enjoyed our time at Oceans Six. Loved the privacy of the Laguna Key neighborhood.The pool and beach were very convenient! Loved our time at both! The house was comfortable with plenty of room. Since we had younger children we ate at the house most evenings. So the grill and kitchen were well used! It was one of our best vacations!

We had a great time at the Ocean's Six vacation home.

The home was very nicely furnished. The kitchen was a great place to cook family meals ( just need to bring a few dish towels & dish clothes with you, which I had done, so no problem). Probably one of the best stocked kitchens I've even been in. We loved all the porches on the home. The neighborhood is quiet and there is plenty to do. It is close enough to the businesses, but far enough away that there isn't the chaos unless you want to drive there to be part of it. The owner was very pleasant to work with. Would definitely recommend this home.
