In a small village near Barban there is this special vacation home. An authentic stone house renovated and modernized. High quality and beautifully decorated interior with great attention to detail. A pleasant terrace and the pool in the fenced yard let you relax on hot summer days. Nearby: Adrenaline park, horse riding and quad club, so here you will have a lot of exciting things to do. The first beaches are in Trget, in the bay Blaz, Krnica and Rakalj. Visit nearby Pula and its many sights from the Roman times.

Wir hatten das Haus für 14 Tage gemietet, Parkmöglichkeiten sind vor dem Haus verfügbar. Von der Straße lässt es sich nicht so einfach auf das Grundstück schauen. Puntera ist ein sehr ruhiger Ort. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es einen Ort weiter in Barban. Check in hat super geklappt, das Haus und der Pool waren Sauber und sofort nutzbar. Es gibt viele viele viele Lichtschalter, wird aber auch in den anderen Bewertungen beschrieben. Kleinere Mängel wurden von der Hausbetreuung schnell erledigt, größere Mängel wie kaputte Dusche oder Spülmaschine haben leider auf sich warten lassen. Alles im Allem haben wir in Puntera einen sehr schönen Urlaub verlebt, wir haben in unserem Haus immer wieder die Ruhe gefunden die uns den Alltag vergessen lies.

Schönes Haus, schöne Lage aber dann.....

Das wirklich schöne Steinhaus in einer tollen Lage, ist eine Doppelhaushälfte. Das steht so nicht in der Beschreibung. Durch die Balken hört man die Mieter der anderen Hälfte sprechen. Die Klimaanlagen in den Zimmern fielen immer wieder aus. Die Einzelbetten sind eine Zumutung für jeden ab 180 cm Körpergröße. Es sind auch keine richtige Betten sondern eher Pritschen von 190 cm, diese sind nicht mit dem Bettgestell verbunden. Die Matratzen sind steinhart und haben die beste Zeit weit hinter sich. Im Doppelbett ist sie weich und durchgelegen, es liegt ein Topper drauf der nichts bringt. Nicht nachzuvollziehen ist, dass keine Fliegengitter vor den Fenstern angebracht wurden. Man kann somit nicht lüften, was umso schlimmer ist, wenn die Klimaanlage ausfällt. Auch die Türen kann man wegen der unzähligen Moskitos nicht auflassen. Die Lampen in allen Räumen sind mit so geringer Wattzahl ausgestattet und viele sind defekt, so dass man kaum etwas sieht und sich nicht wirklich wohl fühlt. Die Poolbeleuchtung innen und außen ist kaputt. Einige Birnen der Außenbeleuchtung sowie Nachttischlampen haben wir ausgetauscht um etwas zu sehen. Die Besen waren alle kaputt, auch diesen haben wir gekauft. Draußen steht ein großer Esstisch aber die Stühle sind sehr unbequem, das ist für einen Urlaub eine Zumutung. Neben dem Grundstück ist ein Hundezwinger in dem ein bis zwei Hunde ständig bellen. Es gab 3 Nächte in denen einer , ohne Übertreibung, ununterbrochen gejault und gebellt hat. Kaputte Klima, alte Matratzen, defekte Lampen, dunkle Zimmer, bellende Hunde, keine Fliegengitter, in keinem Urlaub haben wir schlechter geschlafen als hier. Dazu noch die Bestuhlung. Leider können wir dieses Haus für einen erholsamen Urlaub nicht weiter empfehlen.
