About this property

Tastefully furnished vacation home for 4-6 people

The house is about 100 square meters, has 2 bedrooms and a sleeping loft, 1 bathroom with shower, sink and toilet and a separate toilet. A fully equipped kitchen, a combined living / dining room with seating for 6 persons, TV and radio-CD USB player. For relaxing there is a large balcony and a garden with furniture / umbrella, of course, with barbecue facilities.
The original house is more than 300 years old. The Baufundament consists of sandstones of elmstein castle. Entrained by citizens of Elmstein after the destruction of the castle.
The ceilings throughout the building are low (2.10 m). Since the renovation, the beams and the truss are visible again.

The bathroom has been completely renovated, the shower has a higher ceiling.

You can reach the garden via the kitchen, or by a private alley. The garden is adjacent to a refreshing and not deep stream. The garden is located on the south side, where you can soak up the sun with joy in a deckchair on the lawn or while drinking coffee on the terrace.

At lower temperatures, a fireplace in the living room makes for cozy warmth.

Das Haus ist toll und bietet bequem Platz für 6 Personen. Es ist liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet. In der Küche gibt es viele Küchenutensilien, so dass man beim Kochen nichts vermisst. Das Wohnzimmer mit dem Essbereich ist gemütlich und auch mit mehreren Personen findet jeder seinen gemütlichen Platz. Auf der Sonnenterrasse am Haus kann man super frühstücken oder auch abends sitzen. Der Garten ist sehr schön und bietet einen verträumten Rückzugsort zum Chillen und Grillen. Und er ist komplett umzäunt, was mit Hunden sehr gut ist. Wir haben uns jedenfalls sehr wohl gefühlt.Was für uns wichtig war: dass man direkt aus dem Ort wandern kann oder zumindest keine langen Anfahrtswege für Wanderungen im Pfälzer Wald hat.

Krank geworden/ Versicherung nicht erreicht

Eine dicke Erkältung zieht jede Bewertun herunter. Was wir uns merken werden ist, dass wir die Rücktrittsversicherung nicht erreichen konnten Zwei Tage später trotzdem zu fahren, war eigentlich ein Fehler. Auch deshalb haben wir die Reise einen Tag früher abgebrochen. An der Unterkunft hat es jedenfalls nicht gelegen. Zwei

Gerne wieder, Hund und Halter hat es gefallen

Gut ausgestattet und auch die kleinen Dinge, wie Handseife, waren da. Bettwäsche schön frisch ohne Tonnen an allergieauslösenden Duftmitteln. Sauber. - Am Anfang haben wir doch arg gefroren, aber dann haben wir uns Tipps bei Miriam (der Vermieterin) geholt. Sie hat schnell geantwortet. Den Kamin braucht ihr definitiv beim Heizen, wer Angst davor hat, sollte besser nur im Sommer buchen. - Die Fenster sollten geprüft werden, da kommt unnötig Schall durch, aber im Winter hielten sich die durchfahrenden Motorradfahrer im Grenzen. - Leider hatten wir im Winter nicht viel von der tollen Terrasse. Zu zweit mit Hund topp, zu 6 wäre es mir zu eng im Wohnzimmer. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt.

Schönes Ferienhaus

Der Aufenthalt war super, das alte Fachwerkhaus hat einen tollen Charme. Im Herzen des Pfälzer Waldes ist es als Ausgangspunkt für Wandertouren perfekt. Wir fanden es sehr schön!

Entspannter Urlaub in gemütlichem Ferienhäuschen

Wir waren für 10 Tage in dem kleinen, urigen Häuschen in Elmstein und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist gemütlich eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. In dem kleinen Garten und auf der dazugehörigen Dachterrasse haben wir ruhige und schöne Stunden verbracht.

Vierdaags verblijf op weg naar Oostenrijk

Das Häuschen liegt mitten im Kern des pfälzer Waldes. Guter Ausgangsort für Wanderungen und Ausflüge. Das Haus war sauber und gemütlich. Lediglich die Küche bedürfte absehbar eine Generalüberholung. Wir hatten schöne und erholsame Tage.

Wandern und entspannen

Urig-gemütliches Häuschen mit schönem kleinen Garten, direkt am leise plätscherndem Bach. Einziger Negativpunkt ist die Hauptstraße direkt vor der Haustür. Sehr gute Wandermöglichkeiten in den schönen waldigen Hügeln in der unmittelbaren Umgebung.

Sehr empfehlenswert

Putziges, gemütliches, kleines Häuschen mit Garten und toller Dachterrasse. Wir waren im August zu fünft da und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Im Dorf gibt es einen Dorfladen und zwei Bäcker, der Bus hält direkt vor dem Haus und um das Dorf herum gibt es hübsche Wanderwege. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und auch sonst hat alles ganz prima geklappt. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Kleines altes Häuschen mit Hund

Es waren ein paar schöne Tage, die wir in Elmstein verbringen durften. Natürlich gleich am ersten Tag ein Parkticket kassiert- die Nachbarschaft scheint da sehr rege zu sein. Das Häuschen ist alt, aber gemütlich. Der Garten mit angrenzendem Flüsschen für den Hund ideal. Die Treppe zum Garten für den Hund sehr schlecht begehbar, da sie aus Gitterrost besteht. Der Weg aussenrum zum Garten ist dann erwas umständlich. Zum Restaurant sind wir immer einige Kilometer gefahren, da in Elmstein nix für uns war.

Eine gute Ferienwohnung für 4 Erwachsene

Die Ferienwohnung war gut ausgestattet (Küchenutensilien, Handtücher, Ofen, Holz,…). Schöner Garten + schöne Dachterrasse. Wir waren 6 Erwachsene - das Schlafzimmer im „Loft“ ist maximal von Kindern nutzbar. Für Erwachsene war das Paletten-/ Matratzenlager nicht ausgelegt.

Seht gut für ruhigen Familienurlaub

Das Ferienhaus war sehr sauber und ordentlich, die Ausstattung war nicht mehr ganz neu aber alles ist in gutem Zustand. Sehr schön ist die Dachterrasse und der kleine Garten mit dem Bach - für Kinder sehr gut geeignet. Elmstein ist ein sehr ruhiger Ort, aber der Bäcker ist gleich in der Nähe..

Uriges Häuschen im Pfälzerwald

Süße Haus mit unkompliziertem Ablauf

Es war alles schön, der Ort ist süß und hat alles, was man braucht. Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und hat immer schnell geantwortet. Wir waren sehr zufrieden!!
