Ideal for family holidays, cosy air-conditioned pavilion for up to 5 people, with private parking space, located in a quiet residence about 250 metres from the beach, not overlooked, with a garden, furnished with a large table.

On the first floor, a very bright veranda with sofa, a large equipped kitchen, a shower room, a toilet, a small bedroom with a double bed and a cabin bedroom adjoining the veranda with 2 small bunk beds. Upstairs is an open attic bedroom with a double bed.

Bed linen and towels available. Non-smoking interior Pets allowed on request. All shops nearby: restaurants, bakery, butcher, mini-market, pharmacy, bank, post office.
Market: All year round, on Saturday mornings Children's games, petanque court, ponds and cycle path nearby free entertainment/concerts in summer 8 minutes walk Perpignan-Rivesaltes airport 20 km Perpignan train station 15 km
