La mauson est dans l'ensemble bien équipée. Literie confortable, les lits simple sont de largeur 90.Le logement n'est pas adapté aux personbes a mobilité réduite : marche de 16 cm entre le séjour et la cuisine et seuil de 4 cm entre le séjour et la chambre à rdc.Le sol de la chambre a rdc est dégradé et provoque un risque de chutes. L'électricité ne fonctionne pas dans cette pièce. La main-courante de l'escalier était mal fixée et n'a heuresement pas fait de bléssé. Le ménage était très moyen.bléssé.ménage était très très moyen

Ah je vois ! Tu veux répondre à ce commentaire en défendant ta maison et en remettant les choses au clair, c’est bien normal. Voici une suggestion de réponse, ferme mais polie, pour montrer que tu prends soin de ton logement tout en rétablissant les faits : --- Bonjour, Merci pour votre retour, même si je dois corriger plusieurs inexactitudes. Tout d’abord, la maison est conforme à l’annonce, y compris les éventuelles marches qui sont clairement mentionnés. Concernant la chambre du rez-de-chaussée, l’électricité fonctionne parfaitement – il s’agissait peut-être d’un interrupteur mal utilisé. Le sol n’est pas "dégradé", et vous n'aviez pas à déplacer le lit. Cette chambre est parfaitement praticable. Pour la main courante de l’escalier : elle était en bon état avant votre venue. Elle a été arrachée durant votre séjour, et vous devriez la réparer au lieu de trouver des prétextes. Enfin, le ménage avait été fait consciencieusement avant votre arrivée. Nous avons été très surpris par votre retour, d’autant plus que l’état dans lequel vous avez laissé la maison ne reflétait pas beaucoup de soin de votre part. Je suis toujours ouvert aux remarques constructives, mais il est important de rester honnête. Cordialement,
