The domicile is also popular due to the view from the property of the sea and its sunny location by the water. Available for shared use: garden shower, barbecue facilities, and courtyard.

Access is via a side street (asphalted). Parking on the property.

Bedroom with 1 double bed and sea view. Kitchenette in the living/bedroom with gas hob (3 burners), electric hob (1 plate), oven, extractor hood, refrigerator (freezer compartment), microwave, coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle and access to the balcony. Bathroom with washing machine, shower, 1 washbasin, WC, hairdryer and window.
