The studio is located in a semi-detached house built in 1965, was renovated in 2019, and is furnished in a rustic and typical local style. The property is situated on the outskirts of the village. The domicile is popular also because of the view from the property of the woods and its quiet and sunny location at the edge of the forest. Available for exclusive use are: lawn for sunbathing, sunshade, deck chair, barbecue facility, terrace, and garden furniture.

Meerbeck, district of Volksdorf. The studio is located on a 150 m² enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. 55 m² maisonette apartment, with an additional 22 m² roof terrace. You can sleep in the double bed on the cosy sleeping gallery or on the pull-out sofa in the living room. The kitchen has a fitted kitchen with fridge/freezer, cooker/oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and other appliances. Table with 2 chairs, crockery, all accessories and cleaning products. The bathroom with toilet, bathtub with rain shower, cosmetic mirror, hairdryer. Via the terrace and spiral staircase you reach our own 150 m² garden with garden shed, garden furniture and 2 free rental bicycles.

. Our holiday apartment is located in a small, quiet village, between farms with all the accompanying sounds and smells, overlooking meadows and fields. Close to the Weser Uplands and Lake Steinhude. Within sight of the Mittelland Canal and the Schaumburg Forest. It is about 50 km to Hanover, 20 km to Minden, and to our towns Stadthagen 5 km and Bückeburg 8 km.
