Private enclosed tarmac outdoor space. 1 small dog allowed. No internet. This old farm has been renovated to welcome you at the gates of Toulouse and not far from the Pyrenees! The cottage, adjoining a small storage room and located near the owners' home, has a covered terrace and a courtyard (table football, 2 mountain bikes). Parking area. The Garonne (walking, cycling, kayaking, fishing) is 10 minutes away and the Samatan market 30 minutes away. Muret is 10km away (market, shops, restaurants, water park, swimming beach). Single storey gîte: entrance hall, living room, large kitchen, office area, 3 bedrooms (1 double bed 140cm) (1 double bed 140cm) (1 double bed 140cm), bathroom , separate WC. Electric heating. Baby equipment: travel cot, high chair, bathtub. Pets admitted on request with additional deposit of €50. Old renovated farmhouse, without joint ownership, on one level and with an enclosed garden, on the outskirts of Toulouse (34km)
