In Saint-Félix Lauragais, a picturesque medieval village listed as a "Village of Character" with an exceptional panoramic view of the Lauragais plain; 10 minutes from the St Ferréol leisure center, you are in the center of the tourist triangle: Toulouse, Carcassonne, and Albi. This spacious, comfortable cottage features a beautiful private pool, allowing you to fully enjoy your vacation in a peaceful, green and flowery setting. We offer a very cozy wooden chalet for training, professional events, team building, yoga classes, and various other activities. We offer wellness massage and Access Bar services, and we will take care of you during your stay. We also offer catered meals upon request. *- On the ground floor: living/dining room, open-plan kitchen, Flora Room: 1 king-size bed (180x200), en-suite shower room/WC, pantry. *- On the first floor: Bloom Room with Mezzanine: 1 king-size bed (180x200) + 1 double bed (140x190), en-suite shower room/WC, Luna Room: 1 king-size bed (180x200) + 1 double bed (140x190) + 1 single bed (90x190), en-suite shower room/WC. Stella Room: 1 king-size bed (180x200), TV and en-suite shower room/WC. Fenced grounds and parking, terrace, barbecue, board games, hammock, garden furniture, deckchairs, etc. The Gîte Les Fées is adjacent to the Gîte l'Eau D'Ô, which is itself adjacent to the owners' house. They all have a separate entrance. Combined, the two cottages have a total capacity of 6 bedrooms/15 beds and are called Gîte Les Fées de l'Ô. During your stay, the owners will maintain the pool, feed the chickens, and tend to the grounds. They will be as discreet as possible so as not to disturb you. * All king-size beds can be converted into two single beds (90x200 cm).
