The flat has two spacious bedrooms, each equipped with bed linen. The full bathroom has all the necessary amenities for your stay, such as towels and complimentary toiletries.

The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need to cook. The living room is spacious and comfortable, with a sofa and a flat screen TV so you can relax after a day of sightseeing in the city.
The flat is located in the heart of the Triana district, a neighbourhood known for its tapas bars, restaurants, pottery shops and flamenco shows. You will be just a few minutes' walk from the Guadalquivir River and the Triana Bridge, from where you can enjoy spectacular views of the city.

NO smoking in the apartment and common areas
SECURITY: Make sure that the main door is always well closed.
Remember to turn OFF the air conditioning / heating, when you are not in the apartment.HELP with the energy crisis by making sure EVERYTHING is turned off when you're not in the apt
Take care of the apartment: Do not leave dirty utensils in the kitchen. Return the apartment in the same condition as you find it.
PROHIBITED to host people who are not registered in the reservation, parties, disturbing other guests, loud music
Failure to comply with these rules can be sanctioned and will be grounds for expulsion.
