A unique spot in the Dunes

Ameland is all about the dunes, the incredible large beaches and nice spots to eat and enjoy this scenery. This holiday home Beauty is in the middle of this small paradise. Directly out of this house, you walk into the dunes...a beautiful landscape, via your own nature path. Only minutes walking away from the beautiful beach. And you can bring your dog(s)....they will definitely enjoy it. The house is located in the last quiet street before the dunes and beach. It is a romantic house just below a dune/hill, with its own private dune-garden. A quiet nature spot....especially when you leave the back door as that is directly leading to the dunes itself. We really liked our weekend in house Beauty.

Die Lage des Hauses ist echt toll. Auch das Haus ist sehr gemütlich. Bezüglich der Sauberkeit wurde mit der Vermieterin unkompliziert und zu unserer Zufriedenheit Rücksprache gehalten.

Freundliche und zuverlässige Betreuung des Hauses, Ausstattung der Küche mit Hausrat etwas knapp, auch schon für 4 PersonenHaus sehr schön und geräumig, braucht aber in Zukunft etwas Aufmerksamkeit, damit es so bleibt. Sehr schöne Außenanlage

Heerlijke locatie, schoonmaak onder de maat. Het plekje is geweldig, in de duinen met veel ruimte en privacy. Het huisje is retro op zijn best. De vloerbedekking mag vervangen worden (stinkt) de gordijnen beneden hebben vieze vlekken en hangen niet recht. Zonde want er kan echt iets leuks van gemaakt worden. Het ene 1p bed kan echt niet meer, is niet stevig. 2p bed en dekbedden wel erg fijn. De overall hygiene viel tegen; er lag veel stof en beestjes. We hebben veel betaald voor schoonmaak waarbij we slechts 1 nacht verbleven. Blijkbaar moesten we het vuilnis zelf wegbrengen (staat alleen in de boekjngsbevestiging, wel handig dit gewoon op een instructie in het huisje te zetten. Waar moet dat dan naar toe?) Ook niet gezien dat we zelf linnen moesten regelen (gelukt via linnen verhuurbedrijf). Fijn dat we iets langer mochten blijven dan de uitcheck om 10u. Maar voor deze schoonmaak kosten verwacht ik echt een schonere locatie en linnen service. Geen zuur appje over dat we ons vuilnis niet hebben weggebracht en twee afgewassen kopjes naast de draaiende vaatwasser hebben laten staan. Dat geeft geen goed gevoel bij thuiskomst.

Heel fijn verblijf gehad. De accomodatie ligt op een top plek. De enige minpuntjes waren dat we het huis niet erg schoon aantroffenen de bedden lagen niet erg lekker. Afgezien daarvan supetverblijf gehad!

We hebben heerlijk genoten in het idyllische huisje van Jutta Oestreicher.Ondanks het huisje wat oud is, is het van alle gemakken voorzien.Het ligt op een mooie plek in de duinen en je bent zo aan zee.

Fijn huis, op prima locatie

Keurig onderhouden, en goed uitgerust huis. Vrijgelegen en via de achtertuin loop je zo de duinen in. We hadden niet begrepen dat er niet standaard hoeslakens waren. Maar dat werd terplekke heel snel en plezierig opgelost

Heerlijk huisje in de duinen van Ameland. Je bent zo op het strand. Keurig schoon, iets gedateerd, maar heeft hierdoor ook z’n charme.

Wir hatten ein paar sehr schöne Tage in einem sehr gemütlichen und top ausgestattetem Häuschen. Super Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin und der Verwalterin! Uns hat nichts gefehlt.

Das Objekt ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, die Kinderbettmatratzen dürften erneuert werden, der tiefer gelegene Fernsehbereich ist schlecht zu heizen.

Reetdachhäuschen in den Dünen

Das Haus ist eingebettet in eine wunderschöne Lage. Auch innen war vieles liebevoll eingerichtet und alles was man brauchte war vorhanden. Es ist allerdings auch in die Jahre gekommen und etliches müsste erneuert werden. Mit der Sauberkeit wird es aber nicht so genau genommen, was uns schon sehr gestört hat. Da für die Endreinigung 135.€genommen werden, müsste unserer Meinung nach alles wirklich sauber sein, was keinesfalls der Fall war.

Sehr erholsam wegen ruhiger Lage, ausreichend Platz für alle. Für ältere Menschen ist die Treppe innen zu steil und der eigene Dünenaufgang leider nicht zu schaffen. Auch die Matratzen müssten mal ausgetauscht werden. Ansonsten toller Urlaub vor allem für junge Familien mit und ohne Hunde.
