Had the best time! Quick walk to the beach and the pool was perfect. A great place to stay. It had everything we needed. The host were wonderful and made everything from check in to check out a breeze. Will definitley come back!

Good stay

Condo is a pictured. Still giving it 5 stars for location, cleanliness and communication and it’s how but it could stand a little updating.(shower, bedding) Would stay again.

Thank you and glad you had a good stay! Every year we update the condo based on rental revenue received! 2-3 years ago we remodeled kitchen and bathrooms with new cabinets and granite! Last year all new flooring and baseboard! We have new appliances and as of this week all new bedding in both bedrooms! See photos! We have tried to remodel master shower but it’s hard to find a quality contractor in this area. We’ll keep trying for October this year.

Family Vacation 2025

We had a wonderful week-long stay at this property! It was exactly as listed clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The space felt welcoming and had everything we needed for a relaxing trip. The property manager was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. They even went above and beyond to make sure our son’s favorite dinosaurs made it back to him. Such a thoughtful touch that meant a lot to our family. We truly had no issues during our visit and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend! Can’t wait to visit again!

Very nice, well maintained complex

Everything at the complex was nice and in good repair. Nice pools, well maintained complex. For the unit itself, I would suggest upgrading the furniture in the living/dining and bedding in the master. Extra towels would be helpful. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Glad you had a good time! We've owned that unit for 2 years and in that time we have had new HVAC installed, new front door and lock, new kitchen cabinets and countertops as well as bathroom vanities and all new flooring. I agree on the living room furniture and it's on the list after this season. You wouldn't believe how people treat it. Sand, suntan lotion, food, drinks etc. My housekeeper puts out the amount of towels per person and based on number of nights. The master king bed is new as are all the sheets. The comforter is older and we'll replace it next year.

Best condo ever!

We could not have stayed in a better condo! We stayed here for a family reunion so had family spread out in different units. Before coming, we thought this unit might be too far from the ocean (we had family in P and R), but this was the perfect location!!! We had cookouts in the outdoor pavilion right next door, used the pool behind the unit (it was heated), and gathered in the clubhouse right next door - and the walk to the beach was short! We loved everything about the condo, location, and the host! His communication was prompt and clear - super easy with the check-in (did not have to go to a front desk or anything)! And there are so many great restaurants and a coffee shop in walking distance. We will definitely be back! I highly recommend this unit!

Close to all you need

We had a great time at Mike’s condo. You can see the ocean from the balcony. It’s just a quick walk (for real) to a gas station, coffee shop, and at least 3 different yummy restaurants. The 3rd floor is really calm. Good water pressure and hot water (priorities!). Great communication from the host too. Thanks!

Location location location!

This location was perfect-easy access to beach, walkable neighborhood and lots of restaurant choices nearby. Very convenient as well to making a number of trips to historic city of St Augustine. Mike, the condo owner, was great to work with, responding quickly to some minor glitches. We got a bit more exercise in since condo is on third floor with no elevator! Something to be considered if mobility is an issue. All in all we enjoyed our stay!

Loved the condo!

We stayed at the condo this weekend and had a great time. First of all, I would like to thank Michael, the property manager, for being a great host. He was easy to contact and was available when needed. Second of all, the condo was perfect for our weekend stay. What I really loved about this condo is that it was quiet. From this condo you can see the pool, and although we did not have time during this trip to use it, the pool looked fantastic. The condo was clean and I loved the new kitchen. Beautifully done. We will be back again. Thanks Michael.
