To book for a weekend or a longer stay a new cottage between the lakes of Paladru and Aiguebelette!

This peaceful accommodation offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. You can enjoy a countryside setting at the foot of the Parc de la Chartreuse You will find within an enclosed plot of land spacious and well equipped outdoor spaces, a south-facing terrace, a space under a pergola to the west and a private parking. The accommodation offers a flat plot of 500 m2 fully fenced (pets allowed).

You will enjoy the view of the countryside and the Grande Sure in the distance.

The accommodation:
The house is independent and spread over two levels. Its capacity is 4 to 6 people, 8 exceptionally (extra cost).

On the first floor the day area with a kitchen open to the living room, a small laundry room with shower and a separate toilet.

Upstairs, the evening and night area with a large convivial living room with a relaxation area and a TV area, a master bedroom with a double bed, a large bedroom with two single beds and a reading area whose BZ can be used as a bed, as can the sofa bed in the living room (extra bed). The first floor also offers a bathroom and a separate toilet.

We can welcome you or allow you to arrive independently depending on the date and time of arrival.

General conditions:
Flat-rate surcharge of €10/night/p for more than 6 people.
End-of-stay cleaning to be carried out (service charged €50 if desired).
Heating costs of €15 per night are mandatory for the period from 01 November to 31 March.
2 nights minimum - 4 nights minimum for July and August.
