The full kitchen is waiting with stainless steel appliances, ample counter space and cabinet storage, and a breakfast bar to help you prepare a delicious meal. Enjoy a light breakfast at the kitchen table or from the breakfast bar stools, and savor elegant dinners at the handsome dining table with seating for six. You can use the private gas grill to throw a fun family barbecue, and there is seating for ten at the large patio table.

Have a little work to do while you're here? This home provides a convenient work desk and chair, and the free WiFi will make it easy for remote workers and students to perform some online research for their projects. Reward your hard work with a splash in the private pool while the kids romp around the yard. Don't worry about grass stains - the private washer/dryer will take care of them. Spend a long afternoon on a good hot-weather hike, then soak your weary muscles in the private hot tub. Don't forget to challenge someone to a game at the private pool table while the central air-conditioning keeps everything nice and cool. The City of Scottsdale limits occupancy in a dwelling unit to no more than six adults plus their related, dependent children. By renting this property, you agree to comply with the city's occupancy requirements.
In order to operate vacation rentals within this city, we are required to provide a basic criminal background check for all guests. This requirement is for the safety and security of full-time residents and guests alike. To perform this check, we need a date of birth and a permanent address for the reservation holder.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
2 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 85 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
