The accommodation is located on the 3rd floor with elevator.

A parking space is reserved for you (elevator then stairs to access it).

You will be in the immediate vicinity of the train station (the apartment overlooks the street and not the tracks). Allow less than 300 meters of walking.

You can do everything on foot since the Tours train station is just a stone's throw away. In less than 5 minutes you will be in the city center and 20 minutes for the historic center with its famous Place Plumereau, its numerous restaurants and bars.

A moovie theater is located in the neighboring building.

All amenities are also nearby (pharmacies, supermarkets, bakeries, etc.) to make your stay easier.

You have plenty of public transport nearby. Many bus lines converge at the station as well as the tramway.
The “Gare de Tours” stop is less than 3 minutes from the apartment and will make all your trips easier.
