The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming 50 m² air-conditioned house for rent in the commune of Cervione, less than a kilometer from the beach, with a shared swimming pool. It can accommodate up to 6 travelers. It features a lovely 27 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a shower room and a 30 m² garden. Wifi included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
First floor:
- 27 m² living room with TV and sofa
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC

First floor:
- Bedroom 1: with double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 2: with a double bed (140×190) and two single folding beds (ideal for children)

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, cot, fan.

Exterior:
- A shared, unheated swimming pool (2 x 10×5m), open from mid-May to mid-September. Opening dates non-contractual and subject to weather conditions.
- A lovely 25 m² enclosed garden
- A 10 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.

The house is ideally located in Cervione, in a very pleasant environment. You'll benefit from close proximity to all the essential stores as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private parking lot.

For other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: Gare Maritime de Bastia, about 1 hour by car.
- Nearest airport: Figari airport, about 2 hours by car.
