Private: natural state property (fenced) with trees, swimming pool angular (8 x 4 m, depth 80 - 190 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Pergola (25 m2), garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: washing machine. Parking on the premises. Supermarket 5 km, bus stop 1.3 km, railway station "Ametlla de Mar" 5.6 km. Golf course (18 hole) 2 km, tennis 500 m. Terrible experience

We spent a long time choosing the villa for our summer holiday and were so disappointed. The villa was filthy - rubbish lying around outside, cobwebs, hairs stuck in grease on the oven, huge damp patches of peeling paint in every room, urine on the toilet seat, lumps of adhesive stuck all over the bath. More worryingly the plug sockets appeared to have been glued and taped on the walls and sparks flew out when we tried to plug a charger in. Only one plug in the villa worked. No WiFi and inadequate air con. One filthy sofa for a family of 5 and each room just had a bed frame and too small mattress. The grimmest most depressing experience. We refused to stay and left first thing the following morning.

Maison calme avec un jardin superbe mais l’intérieur manque de confort par rapport au prix proposé en août. La salle de bain est à refaire et des moustiquaires seraient nécessaires pour une maison sous les pins.

Excelente exterior, interior olvidado

Relación precio está bien. Esperábamos algo viejo y así fue, aunque el exterior era ideal. La única pega que no funcionaba casi ningún enchufe. La limpieza de 10 y el trato de interhome de 11.

Es un buen sitio para estar de vacaciones, todo funciona aparentemente bien algun salto de luz y poco mas, la unica cosa que no nos ha agradado eran los fogones con gas ya que nos costaban utilizarlo, por todo lo demas perfecto, la piscina ideal, y un terreno muy muy grande que se disfruta mucho.

Beau cadre et bâtiment peu entretenu

Beau jardin et belle piscine dans un quartier très calme. Mais bâtiment vieillot : beaucoup de prises HS, mer à 6km en voiture (les 2 km, c'est à vol d'oiseau), trop de pins d'où piscine peu ensoleillée et BEAUCOUP de moustiques. Contrairement à l'annonce, aucun moustiquaire, pas de douche ext. (sauf un tuyau). Equipement cuisine au minima. La plupart des ampoules HS (d’où achat par nos soins).

Ruhige Lage, ohne auto nicht zu empfehlen. Haus war sauber, leider war die Kücheneinrichtung ( Pfannen) kaputt und dürftig#

Location au calme, exterieure et piscine tres agreable, par contre equipements interieurs trop juste pour 7 personnes et 2 , 3 murs ou plafonds devraient etre repeint.
