Why stay 30 days in Yountville?
There’s something truly magical about settling into Yountville beyond a long weekend. With time, the town and the area reveals itself: morning walks for coffee and pastries, familiar faces at tasting rooms, quiet afternoons walking or cycling vineyard roads, evenings spent dining like a local, and day trips to Sonoma, SF, Marin, or the coast. Many of our guests tell us that after a few weeks, Yountville begins to feel like home, which is why so many return year after year.
With hotel rates in Yountville often ranging from $500–$1,200 per night, a long-stay rental offers a more relaxed, immersive way to experience Wine Country. This is an ideal home for an adult couple or solo traveler looking to live slowly, comfortably, and beautifully in Napa Valley.

Life in Yountville
Imagine walking to Bouchon Bakery for pastries or Honor Market (formerly Kelly’s Filling Station) for coffee or for their famous hot dogs. Spend afternoons wine tasting at one of a dozen nearby tasting rooms, or walk/cycle along Yount Mill Road with vineyard and mountain views. Enjoy dinner at local favorites like Bistro Jeanty, Bottega, Ciccio, R+D Kitchen, RH Yountville, or The French Laundry.
A public 9-hole golf course (Vintner's Golf Club) is a five-minute drive away, and tennis and pickleball courts are within a 15-minute walk. Everything that makes Yountville special is just moments from the front door. This is a home for those who appreciate beauty, comfort, and the pleasure of staying awhile.
Loved by retired couples, remote professionals, or people "trying on" Napa Valley for a month, we invite you to experience our little piece of Wine Country in Yountville, not as a visitor but as a local.
Warmly,
Rob & Ivy
