La Centrale of Ile de Ré offers this beautiful new villa that can accommodate up to 7 people, located in the heart of Rivedoux-Plage in a quiet environment close to the sea, market, and shops.

The villa has a private and secure parking on the property.
Close to cycle paths, the house is 500 metres from the sea.
The villa is comfortable and features a spacious living room/lounge with a fully equipped open kitchen.

Spacious bright living area with lounge corner and open kitchen.

Bedroom 1 MASTER: 1 double bed 160x200 and private bathroom.

Bedroom 2: 1 single bed 90x200.

Bedroom 3 in sequence: 2 sleeping spaces in bunk beds 90*200.
A bathroom including WC.

Bedroom 4 INDEPENDENT ANNEX: 1 double bed 160x200 and private bathroom.
The annex opens directly onto the pool.

The house is non-smoking.

The pool is heated from 1st April to 15th October.
The heat pumps of our pools are programmed to heat to 28°. The effective water temperature of our pools is also impacted by the climate: a warm climate increases pool water temperature and a cold climate decreases pool water temperature.

Pets are not allowed.

The house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

Almost everything can be done by bike and on foot, and the sea and beaches are always nearby on our small island of 30 kilometres long. Passionate about history, summer activities and gastronomy, art and decoration, we are happy to offer you a quality stay in our house.

Upon your arrival, in addition to our welcome kit, we will provide you with a welcome guide with tips and advice to discover Ile de Ré in the best conditions!
